Once seated at home I opened my container to hot fried catfish, tomatoes and okra, Mac n cheese and hot water cornbread. My first bite of everything was very good and seasoned to perfection. I got so full so quick that I wasn't able to finish but it made for perfect leftovers later that day. On to the desserts! My mom got a slice of pecan pie and I enjoyed the strawberry cake. Both were tasty and prepared perfectly! I will stop in again for fried pork chops when it's time for an off plan meal.

My family will definitely NEVER be going back to this restaurant. I work in the same area and my mom met me after work so that we could grab a bite to eat before I had to pick up my brother from school. We arrived at exactly 3:30pm Thursday February 16, 2017. We were greeted and seated by the sweetest hostess. We noticed that we had been sitting there for about 10 minutes and still haven't been greeted by our server for drinks, so I walked to the front and asked the hostess to please send our server so that we could get our drinks and appetizers before we had to pick up my brother. She came over and took our drink order (two sweet teas). The server comes over shortly after her giving us our drinks and asked if we needed anything to drink. I advised him that we already got our drinks but we would like our order put in asap because we were in a bit of a hurry. He then took our orders and left. Didn't see him again until we were standing up to leave at 4:15. We had put our order in at around 3:50-3:55. WE ORDERED APPETIZERS... it should NOT take 25 minutes to get appetizers out?! And on another note they were not even busy?! I then asked to speak to a manager he walks away never came back. I told my mom that I was going to go ahead and leave to get my brother and stopped a nice lady to grab me the manager. Boom she looked around the corner and there he was. I do believe that the managers name was Todd, I advised him of what happened and let him know we could pay for our tea's (that didn't even get refilled because no one was ever around) but that was it because they were BSing and took forever on getting us our food. I left and later asked my mom what the manager said after I left and his sorry ass told her it will be $5 for the tea's (that again NEVER got refilled) but could save herself the hassle of digging in her purse for change?! I'm very surprised it has 2 star average. We have gone 2 times in one week. I ordered the classic bar-b-que ribs with a baked potato and a side salad. The side salad was fresh and Delicious! Comes with a buttered croissant, and I like to shake on some pepper for some flavor added. The baked potato had melted cheese, crispy bacon and dap of some nice cool sour cream. On top of that, was poured some melted butter. And it was to die for! Best of all, THE RIBs! They were so tender and delicious. Every bit of meat fell off the bone. My husband got a burger that was ginormous! And juicy! We came back later in the week and was served by a different server this time. And he did great! Drinks were constantly filled for us, he checked on us a good amount of times.for this visit, It was my husbands birthday and I got him tickets to a hockey game (stars game, dead center behind the player) and asked if I could arrange a dessert and have a server present him the tickets for his birthday. And it was arranged. No questions asked, and he happily helped me with the surprise. Our server surprised him with my gift, by placing the tickets under his birthday desert, wished him a happy birthday and even complimented my arrangement. Couldn't have gone any smoother. It's rare that I give a bad review for a restaurant that I've been going to for more than 10 years, however tonight I gladly make an exception! Upon ordering my food via their website, it's gives you an option for requesting utensils, of which I selected. I've never thought I would have to check my back for something like that, especially when paying almost $50.00 for a meal and tipping greatly because it's a difficult time for restaurant workers. Well, nothing was there and when trying to point that out to the customer service person when I called the restaurant, all I received was poor customer service via a horrible attitude. It's a sad state when people don't take responsibility for their mistakes and it's even worse when restaurants give these people jobs! Since the pandemic I have spent a great deal of money at this restaurant. Now, I will NEVER under any circumstances go back! I know this won't make a difference to management, but at least I know my money will no longer go toward that horrible place. read more

This is a perfect go-to place for when I'm not in the mood to try something new, I can go here with my kids or my co-workers at lunch or with my best friend for appetizers and I know that the service will be good, the food will be great and everything will go smoothly. Just a fantastic, comforting dining experience. This restaurant is like my eating out security blankie. Favorite dish? Spinach dip hands down, I'd eat it every day but then I wouldn't fit through the door. I have tried to recreate this dip at home to no avail. There must be a highly addictive secret ingredient that I'm missing. Their burgers are great too, I like swiss mushroom and they do it the right way, just the right amount of garlic. Had to wait 1 hour and 30 mins for a table of 7. Not sure if it was just a typical sunday evening but there was a lot of ppl waiting for tables. When we finally got our table we had to settle for a booth plus a table of 4 but they were next to each other. Our waiter seem dead, came by, say hi, took our drink order, came back with the drink, took our appetizer order, came back with the appetizer, took our meal order, came back with our meal order, and then gave us the check all while remaining silent and invisible most of the time. The people who work here offered decent service and politely answered questions about how they do things. It is usually average to loud ambiance. The sandwiches, soups, and salad bar have fairly consistent quality at this location. However. the little muffins at the salad bar are not as good as they used to be. The current menu is posted on their website and is much easier to read than any yelpers photos. Watch for the "manager's specials" on the menu--those are the best deals. Those specials give u on average: 1/2 sandwich, cup of soup, and fruit or chips, but no drink.

Whether I decide to hit up their salad bar (it's honestly so good), order a sandwich and soup, or have a ridiculously enormous potato with all the fixings -- I've never been disappointed or left hungry. There are typically leftover involved.

I've been a semi regular at BJ's over the last year and was initially pretty excited about it - Good beer, good meaty pizzas.... But the last 3 times I've been to BJ's, the service has deteriorated exponentially to the point I can never return. Let me tell you about the last straw..... Dinner began as normal - Drinks and food were brought out timely, but I could never have known what would happen next. When I was handed my refill of slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper from my waitress, I couldn't help but notice the bottom of the glass was hot. No matter, the drink was sufficiently cold. I set the cup on the table, took a bite of my Epic Five Meat pizza, took the slightest moment to blink... BANG! I opened my eyes to find my glass had exploded, splitting itself perfectly in half, with my 20 ounces of slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper evacuating the glass as if it were the Titanic in reverse, spilling onto my pants, shoes, table and my entire side of the booth. As it turns out, the hot glass with an ice cold drink in it was indeed...... The matter. Unfortunately, as a result of the glass exploding, it was unclear, how much, if any shards of glass were left in mine and my party's food. When we attempted to wave our waitress down, she seemed to understand something had happened and reassured us, "I'll get him a new drink." A new drink was the least of my problems. I needed a towel. Thankfully a single towel was brought to us, and the waitress left it while she went to get me another drink, presumably with a bus boy on their way any minute to clean up the remnants of the exploded glass. The bus boy never came. As it appears to me, I, the patron soaked in slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper, dealing with the shock of being served an IED with slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper as the accelerant, was expected to clean the mess up. There I was, standing in the middle of the restaurant soaked with slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper waiting for solutions. Help was not on the way. The waitress brought me a new drink, but with myself and the booth still soaked there was nowhere to enjoy my slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper, so we asked to speak with the manager. When arriving on the scene of the exploding slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper, the manager seemed to explain what happened, "Looks like you were given a hot glass and it exploded." To which I responded, "Yes. It appears I was.". I explained to the manager that I was not comfortable eating food that possibly had some extra glass seasoning on it from my explosive slightly flat, watered down Dr. Pepper. He seemed to be confused as to what should happen next. He offered to remake the food, but with myself and the booth still soaked, there would be nowhere to enjoy them. So our bill was heavily discounted for the food that was ordered, and I left stickier and sadder than I entered. I, as a man of morals, living by the wise words of George Bush, cannot return to this establishment to, "Get fooled again." And no, human beings and glass shards cannot coexist peacefully. See attached for proof of the exploding glass. Review done.

The restaurant was clean and service was good. The food was amazing. The order came out hot, fresh and correct. The sandwiches were delicious. The boneless wings crisp and moist inside. The ranch was delicious and my husband loved the steak fries. It was so much food that we had half for dinner and the rest for lunch the next day. I'll be back!!
