The original Fuzzy was much more like homemade. Then it went corporate and is a little more bland and smaller portions. However it's still a much better choice for fast food than most. We order here and eat in on Saturdays. Today we went on Sunday and ordered for takeout, food was to be ready @ 9:30 my husband walks in @ 9:32 and they haven't even started the food. Manager says it's almost done my husband says they cook said they haven't started it and the manager says well he's eating his breakfast We can wait!! my husband asked for extra sauce they said there some in the bag but we wanted more and the manager got an attitude again!!! Been going to Fuzzy's for a long time just haven't reviewed this location. The tacos are good you get a lot of vegetable and meat on the taco. I like the beef fajita, brisket, pork or the shrimp. I like flour torts but you can pick corn or crispy corn shells. Two tacos are plenty for me. Great chips and queso you have to pay for them they do not come with the meal. On the menu is also plates with enchiladas, or taco with sides. Plus they have breakfast. We love the frozen margarita with Dos Equis beer in the glass. If you have not had one you need to try it. The beer makes the margarita less sweet. This location we started coming to because the location in downtown Arlington started serving cold tacos, and potatoes. I was not happy with them so we tried this location. Twice now and the food has not been cold. Service has been good and fast. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. idk if they machine broke or if they just dead have an issue with me and my friend we can go in here no problem sometimes and order drinks but every now again we get stopped and refused service because our ids "don't scan" all of a sudden but if I go to cooper or the one in Mansfield or literally anywhere that scans ids nothing is the issue. Our orders came out quickly and there were plenty of places to sit despite it being lunchtime. The tacos were decent as well as the chips and queso. Fuzzy's cannot be beat when it comes to great food, drinks and service. We love that you can order breakfast all day. Order at the counter, pick up a few minutes later when they call out your order number. We usually grab some chips and queso and margaritas or the Fuzzy Driver (with mango) to start with, even at breakfast! Drinks are smooth and delicious-I'd put them up against any bartender custom cocktail! The chips are dusted with chili powder and special seasonings. So good! Next up-Migas with chorizo and breakfast tacos. Potato, egg and cheese is my tasty favorite. We've eaten at multiple locations but the service at this Arlington spot was spot on! Poor food quality Cheese enchilada was microwaved and a fork wouldn't even cut thru the hard nuked cheese/tortilla. Beef fajita taco-- very small portion of meat-- had to remove the topping to find the meat. The black beans and rice were good. I eat at taquerias frequently. I was provided a 12 oz paper cup for water-- asked for an adult glass-- so as not to look different from my bc peers, they said they charge for that glass. The crispy beef tacos are good. My friend enjoyed her brisket nachos. The white queso is just ok. The prices are high, in my opinion. I think if they included a few chips with the meal, I would like it better. But they want you to buy chips separately. Which is fine if you want a basket full. I just want a few. Called for a to go order at 9:25pm when they close at 10pm. The young lady who answered the phone started by saying they close at 10 and if I wanted to continue to place the order. With that much time left while open, no customer should be asked if they're sure they want to place an order because they close soon. Had the worst experience today. To the point that my family and I had to leave this fuzzy's on green oaks 76016. These teenagers here including the cooks need to learn customer service and Definitely some manners. We we're told we were going to wait for our order for about an hour due to how busy they were when they really weren't. They told the customer behind us 2hr wait. Emma, the manager is extremely rude. Why hire these teens when they Obviously know nothing about respect or customer service. The girl at the register had no idea what she was doing. She kept having to ask the guy that was sweeping the floor how to ring things up. Keep in in mind that there is 5 people in line behind us. We then sit down to WAIT for our order. After the six orders placed after us go out I walk up to check on our order. Most of it is sitting on the far right of counter. After a few minutes they look to ask what I need. Well, I would like my order that is sitting there. Ok, its ready. No its not we need the corn tortilla's that come with the order. They wrap up a few and put them on the trey. Well we ordered an additional 3 tortilla's which had to be asked for. Wait it gets better. We ordered beef chilaquiles, 3 extra corn tortilla's, chips and queso and a garlic sauce. 1. Beef Chilaquiles - is not ground beef thrown on the plate with a scrambled thrown on top with a chip for garnish. The potato's were cold and under cooked. 2. The first set of corn tortilla's were cold and falling apart. The second set were great. 3. The queso was cold because it had been sitting on the counter for a while. When I asked for my back the manager asked if he could remake the queso. The rest of the order was crap so I said no. The chips & queso were $4.99, the manager opened the tip jar and handed me $5.00 which was extremely unprofessional plus it was not the total amount paid. It may have only been $.41 for the tax but at this point it was the principal. 4. The Garlic sauce looked and tasted like ranch. At this point we just wanted to get out of there. I love Fuzzy's, but they are not all the same. The BEST Fuzzy's is the original Fuzzy's off of University Drive. I'm not sure what it is that they do differently, maybe they are still using the original grease from day one or not, but it is the BEST of them all! ('original grease' is a joke for those that are thinking that was nasty! LOL) The Arlington location off of Green Oaks is the better of the two in Arlington. The food at Fuzzy's is really good. It's a great place to take the family. The manager at this location is always on top of things. He makes sure his staff keeps the dining room clean, and they'll do anything they can to make sure your food is to your satisfaction. I could go on and on about the food - I've tried almost everything they have, and it's all good. Their tacos are fresh and yummy, the shredded chicken nachos are so freaking good! I tried Taco Buanos fish taco when they offered them and they were actually pretty good. So I thought I might try these at Fuzzys . What a disappointment they were. The shrimp was cooked and recooked again in oil, which is very distinctive texture. The fish was fried but fried twice I suspect as well. I tried to eat a bite but It was uneatable! Like a soul of a shoe. I'm glad I didn't order more and I don't think I'll ever go back. What a pitty, I've had some really good fish tacos at the lake. They call it the thousand dollar breakfast but I wouldn't give a dollar for these. Good cooks don't send out stuff like this. Maybe they've never eaten one of their tacos. read more
