Not too shabby. The phone number attached to this a cell phone and the guy says hello. That caught me off guard. Gave me an estimate from Koko Head to the dealership as 130. That was better than whatever towing service the dealership had which was about 200. In the end with tax it came to 125. Only waited a couple hours for the tow truck to get here and 15 min put the driver gave me call to let me know where he was. Not very talkative but still nice. I feel bad I didn't give a tip because I only my card. Didn't catch his name otherwise I'd give him a shoutout. Thank you driver! read more

Cheap Towing - Was worried my truck wouldn't fit but it did. - Towing Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

Best tow service on the island. Young, is great. Very helpful, reliable and quick. Called/used them twice and both times, no problems. Very affordable in a crunch. read more

56 reviews? 57 after this evening as usually my farmers roadside assistance always covers towing, lock outs, pop a lock, but me and my golden retriever turned into the parking towards Hawaiian Ice and being the 1st time in almost 50 years, my brakes of my truck just sunk, all the way down not even slowing down my truck with precious Brandy 2, as.can you imagine no brakes? Like PANIC CITY, and after calling 6 different towing services, this one was the best. No other could compare prices with this towing system and now as for the 1st time, I need to pay for the towing. It's okay as THEY'RE GREAT! read more

Cheap Towing is truly the cheapest towing on island. Don't go with anyone else until you price it against cheap towing. It's a small family run business, so it may take some time for them to get to you. But they are friendly, take care of your car, and offer advice too. Call ahead a couple of hours if you have a specific time you want it moved. I won't use anyone else. read more

My car was stuck in Hawaii Kai and I had got it towed to Town side which cost me only $90! I called other towing companies and everyone else was charging me $170+ (they really stick to their name lol) Honestly the customer service was great too. My tow guy came in less than 30 minutes and dropped my car off at my home with no scratches. Definitely referring them around. Thanks Cheap Towing! read more

Great service! Got towed a few miles down beretania and it was $60. Cheapest I found. He was very nice and on time and great to work with. Definitely made my car breaking down a bit less shitty. read more

This service is generally good. Driver is friendly and they get the job done. However I had to wait over an hour. For some, this is excusable because of the type of service. However I made an appointment the day before to ensure I'd get pick up near the time I hoped for, while also having an appointment for a garage to repair my vehicle. During waiting for that hour, I had to call the call center or operator three times because I did not get a confirmation of the eta. I liked them and their friendly but waiting when I was proactive a day ahead is a little frustrating. Just venting and hoping this doesn't happen to others or at least be briefed about the situation. read more

The worst towing service. The owner did not specify cash only PRIOR to the agreement on the towing service. Had I known that it was cash only I would have chose a different towing company. The solution from the owner is that I go to the ATM. I asked him, who was going to pay for the service fee that will be charged on my card. Do not choose this company. read more

Unreliable!! I called them for a tow, left two messages and they never called back. Since they were recommended, I decided to try them again and they took all my information, had me send a picture of the car and location, then waited half an hour call me back and said he could do it. So I waited in my car for 45 minutes, and then he called me telling me he wasn't coming. His driver felt traffic was too thick, and didn't want to come from Hawaii Kai Aina Haina (2 miles). read more

Thank you so much Kimberly for the review! My car died at walmart (keaumoku) tonight and I just talked to Young the owner of cheap towing. He said he'll be there first thing in the morning and it will only cost me $70 to tow it from walmart to palolo. I called Oahu Auto Towing services and the guy said the price will start from about $150 and up because I have a Ford Excursion full size, so I told him to drop dead and go to hell...lol. So glad I read your review and I called them up...thanks again!! read more

Have used cheap towing multiple times now. Easily some of the best experiences I've had with towing cars. Good prices, they take care of your car, and work hard to get the job done. They are my go-to as far as towing goes. Had a car towed to the docks yesterday. And not a single problem, went so much smoother than I expected! Was my first time shipping something too! A+++++ company for towing. read more

I needed a tow on MLK day during rush hour and these guys came out and got me to where I needed to go pretty quickly and at least half the price that the two other towing companies wanted to charge me. The guy I talked to wasn't the friendliest, but I will take fast and cheap over general chattiness on the phone. When he showed up the gruffness went away quickly. He honored a discount via checking in on Yelp and took a credit card no problem. I would call him again in a heartbeat though I hope I don't have to again anytime soon. read more

This service was excellent, and when I had to ride with him, it was very comfortable. He came a little late, but that was expected especially for the morning rush hour. He was very nice and his price was CHEAP! I'd call him again if I needed a tow, hopefully I won't need one, lol. read more

Transport Oahu Towing quoted more than 2X's the amount of other places for the same service. I would call Cheap Towing "cheap"! They did an excellent and were very kind & prompt and charged a reasonable fee. I would highly recommend them. read more

Just got towed and I must say this was the most painless tow experience I've ever had.... $90 from Kapahulu to Aina Haina....a little pricier than a lot of the posts here but it was 9:30 pm so it's after hours..... They still get 5stars tho cuz the driver Jason was prompt (20 minutes) and was extremely professional and polite. Service is lacking today...it's funny that I got better service from a tow truck driver than I get at a lot of pricey department stores.... It was still reasonable price wise and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.....thanks Jason! read more

Needed help after hitting a pothole down Mililani side. Wanted to change the tire myself, but it was too dangerous being that cars were just whipping by too fast. Called Saigon towing, but was told they don't tow because of a flat tire. Ended up calling another tow company and he was very helptful. read more

From Hawaii Kai back to Manoa, it was less than $100 and they actually knew what they were doing. Professional people that just wanna help and it made the biggest difference. Everything moved and done in less than 90 minutes. read more

50 bucks from houghtailing to Makakilo after 11pm! And didn't need to use car insurance! :D

I was very impressed!! Didn't want to spend money but I had no choice....the best deal I found....$50 flat rate to tow from Safeway Beretania to a mechanic shop on Queen St. Let me tell you that is the cheapest I found!!! I was wondering how he was planning to hook the car up but BY HIMSELF pushed the car out of the parking stall and onto the dolly in the blink of an eye!!! Ok now I'm exaggerating....but it was really fast. And the driver was super friendly!! He even let me catch a ride to the mechanic shop!!! I will refer anyone who needs a tow to call Saigon towing. read more

Disappointed, call in the morning to schedule a tow in the afternoon between 1:30 and 2:00. They said okay and to call back for confirmation. Called after lunch, to confirm, they said they will call me back. Got call back about 45 minutes later, driver said he will meet me and is on his way. Waiting got call saying that they can't make it. DISAPPOINTED. read more

Fast Friendly Cheap Service!!!!

Looked up Saigon Towing after hearing word-of-mouth about them. When I called, the man who answered was polite and patient. Most other tow truck companies sound like they have much more better things to do than to receive a call for potential business. You know that tone of voice, like I'm rudely interrupting the dispatcher's nap time or something. Well, not with Saigon towing. The man, whose name I did not get because of a slightly thick Asian accent, patiently listened as I told him my predicament. He assured me that they could get my car from Waipio to Kalihi for $65. That is hella cheap! The wait time was kinda long, hence why I didn't give the full 5 stars. However, when the tow truck driver came, he was very kind and got right to it. Overall, great customer experience. I would gladly recommend Saigon Towing to any of my friends and family. Thank you Saigon Towing! read more

My brother referred me to Saigon Towing. I also went on Yelp to read the reviews. I was happy to see there were positive comments. I called Yong to set up a tow from Waikele to Pearl City. He was very pleasant and polite. He did the job the next day and was very flexible waiting till I was done with work before coming by. Yong is very slick with his tow truck. I asked him to maneuver my vehicle in a tight, weird angle. He did it without any problems or damage to my vehicle or driveway. I always felt he was trying his absolute best at all times. His prices was the best in town. No joke! Call early, he gets booked quickly. Thanks Yong!!! read more

My car died out at Walgreens, so naturally I needed a tow. My gf and I yelped this company and were super impressed! His response time was killer...(5 minute wait) and it was CHEAP! $50 bucks got my car up the road, and he even reversed my car into my moms parking stall....and it aint easy to do...i mean this guy was fast, efficient, and humble! read more

I read reviews on Saigon Towing aka Cheap Towing and was surprised at how many good reviews they got. I used them yesterday to take my F350 Crew Cab from my home in the Punch Bowl area to a shop in Kaneohe. The service was exceptional and the price was only $120 unbelievable. Young and his son Jason run a great towing service, they are friendly accommodating and very reasonable. I highly recommend their towing service to anyone who wants good service at a fair price. I tried to give Young a tip for such great service but he wouldn't accept it, rather he offered to drive me back to my house since he was coming back to town. I didn't need the ride but thought it was extremely nice of him to offer. Saigon Towing is exactly the kind of business we need to support, I'm very glad I read the reviews here on Yelp and took all of your advice. read more

I was very please with the service I received! I had a last minute need and Young was there right away to pick my car up! Truly the name is very fitting considering the price for this tow was VERY reasonable. He even charged me less than what was quoted! Friendly, English speaking, and helpful are the words that stand out. I was very frustrated about having my car towed this day, but this was turned around very quickly because of Cheap Towing. I would definitely recommend to friends. read more

I so appreciate the nice attitude. You be nice and others are nice. He gave me a good affordable price and an ETA. When he got to the pick up location where I was, he was very pleasant and we had small talk. Tow truck drivers can have a reputation on being rude or grumpy. Cheap Towing wasn't, gave good service and good price. I appreciate the company when I needed help. I would recommend!!!!! read more

called night before to get a tow the next morning... driver arrived around the time I needed to get my broken down car out of my complex. SUPER fast and efficient! My car stopped running mid drive. Called Cheap Towing and he said he'd be there in about 20-30 minutes. He got there in a little under 30. After turning my car on he said it sounded like it was done for because the engine sounded really bad. I told him I was originally going to have him take me to Palolo Auto Service but if it's that bad I wasn't going to keep the (old) car much longer so we could just take it to my house so I could properly get rid of it. He offered to stop by Palolo Auto Service to see what they think and then took me home after. Great service! Came in the timeframe that he said he would and went the extra mile to help me.
