This is some of the best pizza in Chattanooga. I was surprised and impressed. We started out simple - "No Place Like Home". A pizza with all the essentials on it, including banana peppers. The sauce is naturally sweet - a sign that they use great tomatoes to start with. The ambiance is casual. Order at the front, find a seat, enjoy. This place does a helluva good takeaway business - I'd rather do that than use grubhub or door dash which just adds cost and helps ruin product quality and branding. We came here on a busy Saturday afternoon. The wait wasn't long at all. We order a large pepperoni pizza. The pizza was good New York style pizza. The wings were not good at all. I've driven past this place a thousand times (despite seeing great reviews - it's not in a great area and is literally attached to what some refer to as a crack motel). I finally tried it a few weeks back and the positive reviews are right...great pizza! Don't let the neighborhood keep you from eating here! In the last month, I've been 4 (or more) times. We love pizza! Today, I got what's quickly become my favorite (herbed olive oil base, spinach, mushrooms, spicy Italian sausage, and ricotta cheese)...and somebody got stingy with the ricotta. Still a great pie, but I don't expect 25% of the slices to not have ANY of one topping on it. Pizza was delish and reasonably priced. The crust is very thin and we needed forks to eat it. There is plenty of space to sit and but there's no waitstaff and it seems like more of a carry-out place. Ordered the Big Torino with pepperoni, olives and extra cheese. The pizza was mostly crust with a small amount of toppings for $34.00. The garden salad comes with nothing except dressing. Tomatoes and croutons were almost $3.00 extra making this tiny salad almost $9.00. We really liked this place and the pizza was really good. Oh My Goodness, this was wonderful. First, I had to call in my order because I could not find my pizza on the website. The lady who took my order was so sweet! (And patient). We ordered a nothing like home pizza and 8 traditional wings with Ranch. The pizza was great! The crust seemed homemade and had the perfect amount of crunch. The wings were excellent. I was driving home from Knoxville to Atlanta and needed some food, so I pulled over and looked for gluten free options and this place popped up. Normally I am skeptical on new places because most pizza companies do not care about the gluten free people. I have been gluten free for 15 years, this is in the top 3 gluten pizzas I've ever had!!!! I got the rice flower crust with pepperoni and basil. You know how the deep dish pizza has a thin about of softness in the dough, well this was like a thin crust deep dish if that's even possible, the sauce was beautiful and with the proportions to the cheese and pepperoni, perfection! I ordered online on their website, and picked up. I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention to the bill. Ordering through their website was $15 extra on top of the menu price. I would understand if it were delivery, but I picked it up. Then I send and email to find out what is going on . Days later no answer. I send a Facebook message and no answer after days. I finally call and I'm told they don't managed the website a third party called Chowly and I would have to contest the charge with them that it shouldn't have been that high. Quiet, little place attached to an Inn. As a local business, I loved that they did custom half and half pizza, but not only that, they only charge $0.75 per half topping as opposed to the full $1.50 for a whole pizza topping (I've seen places charge full topping price for half coverage, not cool). We ended getting full artichoke hearts, 1st half black olives and mushrooms, 2nd half ground beef and vegan spicy sausage. There were so many good options. We also got the cheese bread. As well as the garlic parmesan sauce. Everything tasted really good and they were no where near stingy with the toppings, definitely worth the money. The gentleman that works there his name was Alan he was incredibly pleasant and super helpful and suggesting items to us from their 100% vegan side of the menu. This place gives you very very good portions of food and we personally got the cauliflower nuggets, vegan mozzarella sticks, vegan cheese pizza with sausage, and their vegan smoked bbq pizza. The inside was super clean and we were able to call ahead our order. And it was ready within 20 minutes which was awesome. Something to be on the lookout for is that there is a motel in the same shopping center that had a lot of foot traffic from people that appear to be transients. We will be back for sure. Although just a little bit bigger than a personalized pan size from Pizza Hut, Home Slice packs a lot of flavor into their small pizza. I created this small pizza flavor combo tonight: garlic crust, pepperoni, olive oil infused cheese. The pizza arrived cold unfortunately. But I used a delivery service so will think that's on them. Once reheated, the pizza was tasty and soft! Not too oily either. The vegan cinnamon bites were a delicious dessert treat with the coconut carmel sauce drizzle. The sweetness wasn't overpowering. But they too arrived cold so had to be reheated. Will think about doing curbside pickup maybe sometime to try to avoid the cold factor. read more

The high rating is 100% earned and accurate. The menu of speciality pizzas all looked yummy. We ended up just getting a single-topping to take advantage of their special, but it was still so good. Staff was really friendly and the whole place was clean and well-maintained. My only teensiest of dislikes is that they only give you one cup of dressing for your wings, and it's .80 for an addtl cup. Our wings were soooo good, and we made do, but I would have liked a little more dressing. We aren't local, but I wish we were. I would go here all the time. read more

This place was great! We went at lunch time and there was only one other family there plus a couple of people picking up takeout orders so service was fast. The staff were super friendly, greeting us, checking on us, and making themselves available to answer our questions. There were three people in our group, we all ordered something completely different, and we were all super happy with our orders. The best part for me was to see so many vegan options because I prefer vegan food but I hang out with a lot of carnivores. They have an online ordering option which explained all their pies in detail and you can clearly see their prices and the serving size. Tried out two pizzas for delivery while staying in Chattanooga. The options were so different from traditional pizzas that we were excited to try them. We also ordered the vegan chick'n wings as an appetizer. The pizzas were interesting. We got the Vegan BBQ Smokehouse and the Vegan Curry-licious. The crust was okay, and the toppings left a bit to be desired, but we loved the flavors of everything. The sauce on the curry-licious was especially good, but it really could have used more toppings to make it pop. The star here was the vegan garlic butter. I got it as a dipping sauce for the crust and with fresh minced garlic, it was my favorite thing...I wanted to put it on everything! The wings weren't covered in the sauce when they arrived, came with the wrong sauce, and only had three wings which wasn't worth the price. The taste was okay. We had several issues with our delivery driver, who was very late and at first only left one pizza - which is obviously out of the restaurant's control. With all the delicious vegan places in Chattanooga, this wasn't our favorite, though I don't think I'll ever stop dreaming about that garlic butter sauce! read more
