Decent space. Great for DIY. The owner is very sweet. It can easily hold 400 people and it has plenty of parking spaces.

Asha rental themselves asked us that they cud help us with the set up of stage a day in advance as the clubhouse was available for us by then. They did this with absolutely no extra charges. Unfortunately the clubhouse got booked for Aug 29 which we were not aware of and Asha rental guys who had come on Aug 29 morning , for giving us the extra day for preparations, had to carry back their stuff without being able to set it up for us. They had to come again the next morning. They did it all for us without any charges. Honestly, the bigger thing was they did all this with a smile... without making us feel guilty. We felt definitely were extremely uncomfortable for causing them inconvenience. But were more happier to know about Asha Rental Services Highly recommend this team !!

As a meticulous, Type-A bride, I needed someone who understood my vision and attention to detail--and Tanisha absolutely did. We chose her full design and coordination package, and she went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was available to me night or day, always reassuring me whenever I had a concern or fear, and handled communication with all of our vendors seamlessly. Every little detail, from our tables and decor to the ceremony setup/breakdown was taken care of. Despite having a smaller budget, she brought everything I envisioned to life. On the wedding day, I didn't even have my phone with me. I walked in and everything was perfect. My husband and I spent the entire night in our own happy bubble & not once did we feel an ounce of stress. Most importantly, Tanisha is an exceptional person. Her character, personality, and dedication truly made the experience special. I genuinely feel like the value of her work was 10x what we paid for. Having Tanisha by our side gave us the freedom to actually enjoy our wedding day, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to any couple planning their wedding. She was truly the best decisions we made! My husband and I will forever be grateful to her for delivering our fairytale wedding.

I was disappointed that when I pointed out the wedding cake was not being served she dismissed me and said it was when in reality the caterer served it to his workers. also I had to go to her and ask why the bartender had not shown up on time. So it was a mixed bag experience. My daughter did alot of the planning with her and enjoyed it. So if I was to do this again I would be better at holding her accountable for certain things.

A Truly Magical Wedding -- Thank You to the Entire Team!…read more Our wedding on July 25, 2026 at the Ranch at Silver Creek was absolutely magical, and it's all because of the incredible team that made it happen: Coordinators -- Nicole & Sydney: You two kept everything running seamlessly from start to finish. Your calm, organized presence allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment without a single worry. You two were also our very first audience -- cheering us on as we ran through our choreographed dance one last time in the bridal suite before our grand entrance. Having you witness that private moment before anyone else meant the world to us. And thank you for partnering so graciously with our additional offsite coordinators, who we brought in since we chose silk flowers rather than working with the venue's recommended florist. Banquet Captain -- Jasmine: Your leadership and attention to detail ensured the reception flowed beautifully. You anticipated every need before we even knew we had one. Bar -- Jen & Alyssa: Our guests are still raving about the drinks and the wonderful energy you brought to the bar. You kept the celebration going all night! The tequila shots for our conga line were a nice touch to keep the energy high and the party going! Servers -- Tony, Dana, Sarah B., Elijah & Martiza: The service was flawless. You were attentive, friendly, and made every guest feel taken care of. Thank you for making dinner service such a special experience. Photobooth -- Nykaela: You brought so much fun and laughter to the reception! Our guests had a blast, and we now have the most hilarious keepsakes to treasure forever. Planning Team -- Bri, Monica & Sarah T.: From our very first meeting, you helped us bring our vision to life. Your creativity, responsiveness, and genuine care made the entire planning process a joy; I wish we were still planning! Chefs -- Eduardo & Tyler: The food was absolutely phenomenal. Our guests could not stop complimenting the meal, and we couldn't agree more -- every dish was perfection. Dishwasher -- Michael: Behind every great event is someone working tirelessly behind the scenes. Michael, your hard work did not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for you. To the entire Ranch at Silver Creek family -- thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams and BEYOND. Every single person on this team played a role in making our day unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would do it over and over again if we could!

It is a beautiful venue and a convenient location as many of our folks are in the Bay Area. The drive there is also very easy and the venue has a large parking lot for guests. From the moment we booked for a tour to signing contract with The Ranch with Wedgewood, everything ran so smoothly. Communication was easy and efficient with the team here. They responded to all my emails within a day. They also did occasional check in to make sure we were on track of things and see if we needed help with anything. I felt like the team here are passionate with their job as it showed in the care, kindness, responsiveness, and diligence with their time and communication with us. Coming from a couple with full time jobs and other obligations and as someone who hates planning, Wedgewood all-inclusive was absolutely worth it. Planning our wedding was almost stress-free and so easy. And although it is all-inclusive, we were still able to customize our package any ways we wanted. On the day of our wedding, Nicole was our day of coordinator. She was so fun and amazing to work with. I appreciated that she checked in to see how we were doing while making sure that things were moving along as scheduled. Our wedding day operated so well because of her professionalism and enthusiasm. Our Banquet Captain Jasmine was amazing too. After Nicole left from her shift, I got a bit sad and nervous but felt much better when Jasmine took over. She was so sweet and just like Nicole, she managed everything well while making sure if we were doing ok. Our guests had such a great time because our DJ Aaron hyped up the crowd with fun energy. The food was AMAZING too. We opted for buffet that came with 6 appetizers, 8 assorted salads, steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes, bread and butter, and 3 proteins. Beef carving station was a hit. There was SO MUCH food!!! Shoutout to Tyler and Eduardo who were our chefs that day! Our guests also complimented on how beautiful the venue is with the bay area city view. Absolutely beautiful place for wedding photos. We are forever grateful and will truly miss the team here who made our big day so beautiful and perfect. Thank you again.

She was a lifesaver since I had some people with me in which walking far distances isn't as accessible. Once we are all on the venue, we were focused on setting up decorations. Jenna came in super strong with lifting hay bales and everything for our western themed party. While setting up, Denise gave me a quick run down of what's being served; their menu catered to everyone from meat eaters, picky eaters, and vegetarians. The venue itself is beautiful to walk in to breathe in natural air, see horses, and play a variety of games from ping pong, basketball, horse shoe, or bean bag toss, and they even offer face painting for the kids and adults too. Their bathrooms are impeccably clean and well managed. Their team did so well in serving the guests of the event! Shoutout to Nancy for being so nice and extra welcoming to the guests when serving them food. Despite the warmth, the event was a success because of the great staff and team at Coyote Ranch. Can't wait to come here again for a future company event!

An absolutely terrible experience from beginning to end…read more Celebrating my wife's birthday here was one of the worst decisions we could have made. The evening started with us being made to wait 15-20 minutes, despite there being multiple empty tables. We were then seated at what appeared to be the farthest and most isolated corner of the restaurant. I specifically asked the manager, Kevin, if we could be seated somewhere else. His response was that the other tables were reserved for "regulars." Apparently, being a paying customer on a birthday isn't quite enough to qualify for a decent table. What made it worse was that many of those tables appeared to remain empty throughout our visit. When we asked again, Kevin didn't even bother coming over to speak with us. He simply sent someone else. That was a great way to start a birthday dinner. Then there is the restaurant's claim that it has a "business formal" dress code. That was probably the funniest part of the evening. I watched a man walk in wearing torn jeans and a hoodie. I also saw another guest wearing a hoodie. So apparently "business formal" means whatever the restaurant decides it means when someone walks through the door. But the seating and dress code would have been easy to overlook if the food had been worth it. It wasn't. I have been fortunate enough to eat at some of the best Italian and French restaurants around the world. This was easily one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have had. The restaurant has all the appearance of a place that expects to be taken very seriously. Unfortunately, the food did absolutely nothing to justify it. We decided to skip the appetizers and order only entrées. Looking back, thank goodness we didn't order more. My wife's entrée was so excessively salty that it was practically inedible. We had to send it back. The restaurant then brought out complimentary arancini as an apology. I couldn't even get through the first bite. We were then given something else that appeared to be some kind of cornbread. At that point, the entire dinner had become almost absurd. A restaurant charging the kind of prices associated with an upscale dining experience should not be serving an entrée that is excessively salty and then following it up with terrible aranchini. For a place that seems to put so much importance on its image, the actual experience was remarkably far from what you would expect. If you want to spend your money waiting to be seated, being treated as though you're less important because you're not a "regular," sitting in the corner, watching the restaurant selectively enforce its own dress code, and sending back food because it is either excessively salty or undercooked, then by all means, come here. Otherwise, save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about the food and the people paying for it. We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. Instead, we spent the evening wondering why we chose this restaurant in the first place. Never again.

I made multiple payments throughout the year and trusted that everything was set. Just two and a half weeks before the event, I received a text message from the owner saying he had accidentally double booked my date and was asking if I could move the event to another day. I was completely shocked and devastated. I have family traveling from Mexico and Los Angeles, and I've already paid for the caterer, DJ, decorator, cake, and photographer. When you plan an event like this almost a year in advance, it's not something you can just change last minute. He offered to refund my money or try to find another venue, but how could I trust him again after such a huge mistake? I had no choice but to start over and look for another place, which means paying extra fees, delivery charges, and the inconvenience of relocating everything to Gilroy. Because of this, my daughter will no longer have her church ceremony, and that breaks my heart. This experience has been stressful, costly, and deeply disappointing. I do not recommend doing business with this person or this venue. They were unprofessional, careless, and completely unreliable with something so important. He doesn't even deserve the 1 star !!!
