Jenna came in super strong with lifting hay bales and everything for our western themed party. While setting up, Denise gave me a quick run down of what's being served; their menu catered to everyone from meat eaters, picky eaters, and vegetarians. The venue itself is beautiful to walk in to breathe in natural air, see horses, and play a variety of games from ping pong, basketball, horse shoe, or bean bag toss, and they even offer face painting for the kids and adults too. Their bathrooms are impeccably clean and well managed. Their team did so well in serving the guests of the event! The lessons are by levels and begin at level 1 and end at 5. Each level is two weeks long, and is a total of eight lessons Monday-Thursday. The lessons are 30 minutes long, and each class has a maximum of four students. The service was stellar... everyone knew the bartender's name by the end of the night (thank you Elliot for taking care of us) and everyone raved about the food. Our wedding guest count got bigger and bigger as the months got closer, but Raman was informative, accommodating and helped us not panic. He gave us advice for the bar, gave us ideas for where to hold the ceremony, and worked with our coordinator to help with the table placements and room layout. The ambiance of the venue was exactly what we were hoping for. It was spacious enough to accommodate 300 guests and the space is such a blank canvas, we really were able to create our vision with it. The chandeliers and pillars add a beautiful touch. Everyone was amazed since while the outside does not look too fancy, the inside was perfect! We worked with different team members for pretty much every meeting (Tori, Kelli, Tiffany, Emily, Ingrid) but the notes were very detailed so it felt cohesive. One limitation was their software couldn't show what we added and removed from the package at different times to compare prices, we had to use past copies of the event details pages which didn't apply fees on a line item basis -- it was a bit confusing but the team was overall very responsive and tried to help explain all the numbers so we could feel comfortable. I didn't feel like any costs were being hidden, which is huge for the wedding industry. Day-of: Ingrid was our incredible coordinator. She was so on top of every aspect of the event and still made sure we felt personally taken care of. Tyler and Brianna were refreshing the drinks and appetizers at the sweetheart table and packaging and labeling leftovers, they were one step ahead of us the whole time. The food was great, thanks to Alejandro, Lucas, Shawnti, Roman, and lovely servers Aliza, Liam, James, Rachelle, and Diego at the bar. I don't think any wedding planning process is stress free but I would say it's worth putting your faith in the Wedgewood process.

We planned the entire day in just four months, and it exceeded every single expectation we had. Tiffany was very friendly and kind the day we scheduled the tour. On the actual day of the wedding (and rehearsal) our coordinator Ingrid was a lifesaver. She was sweet and kind, but also direct when necessary to keep us on track and make sure everything ran on schedule. She was very thoughtful, even when we went down to take pictures at the golf course, she would make sure that my dress looked well and that the photographer knew all the great spots! And even the person handling the Photo Booth! The DJ/MC Brian was super kind and helpful, we had to change a few things in the timeline for speeches and dances just a couple do days before the wedding and he was super flexible and understanding! I also had planned a secret special dance for my husband and my husband's family, it was traditional wedding dance in their culture, and Brian was able to help me keep this a secret while still maintaining great communication with both my husband, and I. The dinner and the cocktail hour appetizers were also delicious, and taken care of by Wedgewood!
