Crispy Fillet Flounder (half of it)

Great Thai Food -- Will Definitely Return! Nice restaurant with a lively Friday-night atmosphere. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and my food was ready on time with all my requests followed. I will definitely be back to try the cocktails and more menu items. I loved the crispy flounder with Thai basil sauce and vegetables, as well as the Pad See Ew and mango sticky rice.

Delicious lunch and prompt, non intrusive service. Located in the Quarry Lake shopping center. The atmosphere was quite pleasant on a Friday afternoon. Really enjoyed the meal and excited to come back and see the results of the mural they're painting on the wall!

Still great! Peanut salad dressing smells wonderful and tastes great. Service is fast and friendly. Lunch specials are limited but if your after pad Thai or curry-your in luck.

Wife found this new Thai restaurant at Quarry Lake. On a Friday night, we did not need a reservation. There was plenty of available seating. The restaurant vibe is warm and cozy. Ideal spot for both casual dining or special occasions. The service was warm and attentive without being intrusive. We ordered the fish cakes and Nam Tok (beef) Salad for appetizers. The tangy dipping sauce for the fish cakes was amazing. The Nam Tok salad had nice flavor, but I'm used to thinner sliced beef. The main course consisted of Panang curry, drunken noodles, and Kra Prow Moo Groob (crispy pork belly w/chilli basil sauce). The curry had a rich, creamy broth with fresh vegetables and tender chicken. The crispy pork was beautifully cooked, with a perfect crunch and rich flavor. Drunken noodles had a nice smoky wok flavor and not oily. Overall, an excellent Thai dining experience. We will definitely return.

Had a great weekday lunch at Chat Thai - very pretty decor & it smelled like flowers when you walked in. Good music playing too! The lunch portion was plentiful, delicious and a good price. I had a bit leftover. The lunch special comes with a salad with peanut dressing (sweet and savory). I also got wonton soup, which was tasty but 4 wontons & broth shouldn't cost $9 IMO but the broth was tasty. I will be back soon! The waitress was nice too, she checked back often.

I frequent Thai restaurants and this was one of if not the best of all. Healthy portions, perfectly cooked and graciously served.

Extremely Disappointed -- Loyal Customer Treated Poorly:…read more I've been a loyal customer at Yesh for years, even held my Sheva Brachos here and used to come weekly. But after today's experience, I won't be returning unless the situation is made right. The person preparing my shawarma was clearly new and overfilled the salad, leaving no room for the full portion of meat I paid for. I politely asked her to remove some salad so she could add the rest of the meat, and before she could even respond, the mashgiach abruptly stepped in and refused in a rude, dismissive way. His tone was completely uncalled for, especially when I was calmly trying to explain that I just wanted what I paid for. Not only was I shorted on the meat, but I was treated with total disrespect. That kind of behavior drives away loyal customers. The mashgiach was out of line and should not be interacting with paying customers, frankly, he should be replaced if Yesh wants to keep its good name and stay in business. At the very least, I expect Yesh to make this right with a proper shawarma meal, meat-filled as it should have been, along with the fries and drink I ordered, on the house. That's the bare minimum for how this situation should be handled. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it.

The food is great, with the standouts being the cold skin noodles (such a unique flavor!), falafel, and of course their honey cake and Turkish tea. If not anything else, come here for that cake and tea. The honey cake flavor builds as you eat it... really good and tastes like you are eating honey comb. We opted for vegetarian today, but will certainly be back to try the meat dishes. The absolute best thing about Silk Road is the staff. The staff is so friendly, accommodating, and hardworking. I never saw anyone at rest, but it wasn't in a chaotic way that made you feel hurried. Love this place.

The lamb and veal liver were especially great -- super fresh and tender. Just a bit of seasoning and grilling was enough to bring out the full flavor. Loved that pure, meaty taste. The crispy manta also hit the spot -- that comforting, carb-filled bite is just what you need sometimes. I'm not usually a big fan of shurpa soup, but it paired surprisingly well with the richness of the meat. The flavors really balanced out. As for the vibe, it depends on personal preference. It was a bit quiet when I visited, but I've heard Silk Road gets packed during Uzbek holidays. I'd say this place wins hearts mainly with its flavors, not the service or decor. Bottom line: if I'm ever craving lamb, this is 100% my go-to spot.

There were numerous cold salads placed throughout the u-shaped table. My favorite was the avocado and shrimp. They were good at when to repeat. This was followed by a fish course, which included whole fish, a cheesy fish casserole-type dish, many cold fishes. he whole fish was my favorite and so fresh. But everything was good. This followed by a meat/poultry course. There were different meats including lamb. They also had duck. This was followed by assorted desserts (French macaroons, mini eclairs, lemon meringue tarts, etc.), blinis, and birthday cake. All was delicious and I ate too many! Service was attentive and the water jugs were constantly replenished. My only two minor complaints- (1) dishes came with a regular fork to serve. It would have been better to have oversized forks and large spoons for serving some of the dishes (ex, filleting the whole fish was a challenge withy a regular fork even though it was ore-cut) and (2) they did not change out the silverware during the meal. It would have been good to have a clean fork when changing from fish to meat, etc. One of the guests wanted 2 orders of potato latkes to go and offered to pay cash separately. The quickly and pleasantly accommodated her. I would highly recommend this place.

When we walked in, the cashier immediately asked whether we were dining in or taking out. We chose to dine in. We ordered the roast beef sandwich and the pastrami sandwich, along with potato pancakes. They brought out a full assortment of pickles and pickled vegetables. Unfortunately, they only offer one diet option: Dr Pepper Zero, no other diet sodas from the fountain or in bottles. The potato pancakes were a disappointment -- mostly batter with very little shredded potato. The pickled vegetables also lacked flavor and didn't really taste pickled. Our table wasn't cleared at any point during the meal, and the waiter stood nearby waiting for us to finish, which felt a bit uncomfortable. The desserts looked amazing, but we were too full to try them. We also couldn't take anything to go since we had plans for the rest of the day and didn't want it sitting in the car. Next time, we'll come back specifically to try the desserts.
