Everyone was extremely busy which they said was not (extremely) normal for a Monday. The greeter / office manager in training asked us to wait about 20 minutes but was willing to accommodate us with water or a scheduled time to come back so we wouldn't have to wait. We were seen within 10 minutes and the rep was super helpful. He even introduced us to the branch manager who gave us his personal info and asked us to follow up with any questions in the future. It really felt like he cared. We were at the branch for some time, but we left without any questions and we knew exactly what we were getting out of this reputable company. Glad we made the switch!

I cannot complain about customer service. 2. The girl that opened my account called me at 30 days, 90 days, and a year after I had my account opened to see how I was liking it. 3. The mobile app is great and easy to use and you can even cancel or freeze your debit card there in case it gets lost. 4. Website is hugely functional and I can do practically anything I need to do there easily without having to hunt. I can even add non-frost accounts so I can see everything in one place. 6. I'm not constantly sold to. We live a debt-free life and I appreciate the fact we are not constantly berated with offers to refinance or the latest new credit card. I would love a location in Denton or Corinth. I'm so happy they opened a Lewisville branch! Of course, if traffic is bad, I suggest exiting on the 407 side so it puts you at a light. Since the parking lot can be really busy with drivers doing all kinds of things that don't make sense, make sure you exit the drive thru cautiously. In addition to the convenience, I come here because this location is reliable. There are 3 drive thru lanes and 2 ATMs here. These ATMs are rarely out of service and they always have stamps (many do not). The lanes are maintained and the machines are in good shape and I never wonder if the ATM ate my card. I have no complaints, this is a great location!
