I cannot complain about customer service. 2. The girl that opened my account called me at 30 days, 90 days, and a year after I had my account opened to see how I was liking it. 3. The mobile app is great and easy to use and you can even cancel or freeze your debit card there in case it gets lost. 4. Website is hugely functional and I can do practically anything I need to do there easily without having to hunt. I can even add non-frost accounts so I can see everything in one place. 6. I'm not constantly sold to. We live a debt-free life and I appreciate the fact we are not constantly berated with offers to refinance or the latest new credit card. I would love a location in Denton or Corinth. I'm so happy they opened a Lewisville branch! Since the parking lot can be really busy with drivers doing all kinds of things that don't make sense, make sure you exit the drive thru cautiously. In addition to the convenience, I come here because this location is reliable. There are 3 drive thru lanes and 2 ATMs here. These ATMs are rarely out of service and they always have stamps (many do not). The lanes are maintained and the machines are in good shape and I never wonder if the ATM ate my card. Now my mom has to go and hire a lawyer to possibly sue this bank so she can try to get her money back... literally her whole entire savings gone because chase didn't do their due diligence to protect her money. The best part is all I have to do to avoid a monthly service charge is make 8 transactions with my debit card or keep $100 in the bank. Neither of those options will be a problem for me. The first day I had the account I was able to log in to my online account and the app and use Zelle to pay a family member back. I also received a couple checks until my check book arrives which is exactly what I needed. Also they have a change counting machine in the lobby that will count all of your change for your and it's Free...Sold! I saw there was only 3 people complaining about this bank in the reviews so I wanted to leave my opinion. After asking to see a manager at the Coppell location come to find out no managers in the bank and no one other than bank tellers? I don't bank with Bank of Texas and would never bank at Bank of Texas and would never encourage anyone to bank at Bank of Texas. I once again provided them today the same paperwork that has been provided to them times before. It's not about the money it's about the indignity that you feel trying to close out your deceased mother's bank account.
