So...I called them and some person who barely spoke English wanted me to give him my FULL SS number over an OPEN LINE so he could verify my identity. NOT happening. Seems as though none of these incompetent people can perform an identity verification with all the info they could possibly need. To make a long story short, I opened an account with First United with ZERO problems. Walked in and was greeted professionally and out in less than 30 minutes.
