This morning I call because the money isn't in my account to which I'm told " you get an email and the money will show up by 4pm today " It's almost 6 pm and no email confirming the deposit and the money isn't in the account . For being my first experience with their mobile deposit , if this happens again , I will be the shortest customer they may have had .

This bank turned me in to Family Protective Services for mismanaging my in-laws money. I respect the fact that they keep an eye on their clients account, but they should have done their homework prior to picking up the phone and turning me in to FPS.
