I have seriously called dozens of times to get this closed out with no return call back. I have left messages repeatedly! Meanwhile, I am getting charged fees and autodrafts I was not able to stop were still going through and I was getting charged on them as well! I have been calling since JULY 2015 and this issue is still not handled as of today OCTOBER 27!!! I have even called the president Ray David, Jr. with no avail! All I get is to leave a message and someone will call me back. But THEY DO NOT CALL BACK!!! And charges just keep going up!!! So now, I am getting certified mail and collection notices! Yet STILL CAN NOT GET ON THE PHONE WITH ANYONE!! Maybe this is how they get their money?!?!? Who knows, but take it from me..... DO NOT USE THEM!!!
