When you phone the branch, a real person answers the phone (not a computer demanding your social security number, mother's maiden name and first-born child like most banks these days)! First the lady took exceptionally long to start working on my deposit. Then gave me a line on how they had to have a manager approve it because the check was to large. The atm has never had a manager to approve checks of this size. Then the manager came over apologized for the delay but then tried to use the opportunity to pitch a new banking account. For sure no customer service quality here.
