The greeter / office manager in training asked us to wait about 20 minutes but was willing to accommodate us with water or a scheduled time to come back so we wouldn't have to wait. We were seen within 10 minutes and the rep was super helpful. He even introduced us to the branch manager who gave us his personal info and asked us to follow up with any questions in the future. It really felt like he cared. We were at the branch for some time, but we left without any questions and we knew exactly what we were getting out of this reputable company. Glad we made the switch!

The mobile app is great and easy to use and you can even cancel or freeze your debit card there in case it gets lost. 4. Website is hugely functional and I can do practically anything I need to do there easily without having to hunt. I can even add non-frost accounts so I can see everything in one place. 6. In addition to the convenience, I come here because this location is reliable. There are 3 drive thru lanes and 2 ATMs here. These ATMs are rarely out of service and they always have stamps (many do not). The lanes are maintained and the machines are in good shape and I never wonder if the ATM ate my card.
