I cannot complain about customer service. 2. The girl that opened my account called me at 30 days, 90 days, and a year after I had my account opened to see how I was liking it. They might even call at 2 years! 3. Sometimes we OD our account (I know! Bad!!) and most of the time they refund the fees...sometimes even without us asking. 4. The mobile app is great and easy to use and you can even cancel or freeze your debit card there in case it gets lost. 5.
