While my problem was not in her immediate area of responsibility, she listened and went to work. Elisa fixed the 1st issue (on line account suspended) and then contacted another expert within Schwab that helped to find the source of other issues that led to my suspension. If Elisa had not listened and gone the extra miles to help me, I would have been suspended again as soon as I drove back home to Denton, TX. Jared Herbert is also to be commended for being very responsive to a phone call and especially for having a very qualified staff that cares about their clients. If I was not retired, I would have offered a job to Elisa. Her talent, caring attitude, and common sense are rare. I expect Schwab recognizes her abilities and she has a bright future ahead of her.

We had to replace our car on a trip we made to Dallas last week. We located a replacement car on a Saturday and the dealership let us keep the new car as we would provide them payment from our account at Charles Schwab. On Monday, we went by Charles Schwab in Southlake to arrange the disbursement and met with our agent, Jake Bandy. Mr. Bandy called the dealership, acquired the wiring instructions, and facilitated the whole transaction. Mr. Bandy is a complete pro! He gave us copies of the wire and promised to contact us when it was complete. We returned to the dealership with the copies of the wire and the dealership gave us copies of all our car documents. Mr. Bandy called shortly thereafter and assured us the wire was sent. Everything is stress free when you deal with a great organization and Jake Bandy!

I cannot complain about customer service. 2. The girl that opened my account called me at 30 days, 90 days, and a year after I had my account opened to see how I was liking it. 3. The mobile app is great and easy to use and you can even cancel or freeze your debit card there in case it gets lost. 4. Website is hugely functional and I can do practically anything I need to do there easily without having to hunt. I can even add non-frost accounts so I can see everything in one place. 6. I'm not constantly sold to. We live a debt-free life and I appreciate the fact we are not constantly berated with offers to refinance or the latest new credit card. I would love a location in Denton or Corinth. I'm so happy they opened a Lewisville branch! I'm in a store today and needed a refund for an item I paid for with my debit card. The first two times they tried, they received an error message that said 'debit card unavailable'. I tried the mobile app. It's down. I tried the website when I got home. It's down. I clicked contact customer service. The link is disabled. I called customer service. No one answers. I choose the option for automated account information and the call disconnects. This is craziness. Technology usually moves forward. As soon as everything I have pending clears, I'm out. Screw this. This is a full on nightmare, just when I thought this year couldn't get any worse. Legacy Bank was absorbed by Prosperity Bank effective 6/8/2020. Today is 6/10/2020 and I tried to use my debit card for the first time. No dice. I was already trying to be cool about my banking history which has disappeared, but now you're holding my money hostage? Customer service is nonexistent. I hung up after 35 the first time I called today. As I write, I'm 42 minutes into the second call. But hey, they understand that my time is valuable, so there's that. The reviews that say direct deposits are missing are giving me a panic attack. I've been on board with credit unions for over 20 years, but this will be what finally forces me to a real bank. Colonial Bank bought our loan from Prime Lending (a great company in Austin) without our knowledge…read more That's when things turned bad. They immediately INCREASED our mortgage by $300 per month without notice. When I called to ask why the rep explained that they projected an increase in property taxes; so they needed to fund the escrow to cover it. This increased payment has gone on over a year now and we have a sizable SURPLUS or our money sitting in the escrow - unavailable to us, as the property taxes DID NOT increase as they had projected. That's nice, however they are not giving us our money back or even applying it to principle. I've called 2x now and the very nice and polite phone rep tells me that they will be rebalancing everything and cutting checks soon. Still - I don't like it that they have essentially had an extra $4K of my money this year and I need this to pay INCOME TAXES NOW!
