One of my 5's was rejected and it did have Wierd green colors stained on it. Not sure why customers pass off crummy money but they sure do. I'll have to see what's wrong w this bill. So here, some of the lanes have that vintage machine where the tubes went down a chute - that was ALWAYS so cool to use! However they were screwed shut. This tub contraption may not be used anymore. My Chase 's back home only had ATM at the lanes...so maybe it's all self service now unless there's an in person window. I never mind walking in, I live chase, I love banking at chase and employees have always been wonderful and helpful to me in every city that I visit a chase.

When asked about this the lender was very unprofessional blaming the problems on us the borrow and talking over us. An apology for miscommunication or missing something so simple was never offered. Will not be using them for future mortgages.

After numerous delays from the lender and un-returned calls from Gus we were told it would close by Thanksgiving and then again before Christmas. After the New Year I was told the information we were given about our 90% loan were no longer true and the loan must be an 80% loan instead. Coming up with an extra 10% down on a $400,000 loan was not that simple. I instead contacted another lender and we got to clear to close this morning. What the other lender did in just over 2 weeks without a single issue Gus and First National Bank of Towne Square couldn't do in over 2 months. Save your time and patience and look elsewhere.

Over the span of four days, we called and emailed multiple times trying to get a vehicle loan handled, and the entire process felt unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Instead of the helpful and professional service we were used to, we were met with a dismissive tone and asked an excessive number of questions that didn't make sense given our history with the bank. What made it worse was being told our "income is too low" to qualify for a vehicle that is barely 5 figures, despite our flawless payment record and long-standing relationship. It felt inconsistent and disrespectful, especially considering how reliable we've been as customers. It's frustrating to see such a decline in customer service from a bank we've trusted for years.
