Being "preapproved" for a loan means a lender has given you a conditional commitment to lend you money for a specific amount, assuming your financial situation and the property (if applicable) remain consistent and you complete the loan application and final underwriting process. Well not to Reprise. It is their opportunity to lie and manipulate you into a higher interest loan and make it a secured loan. Don't walk, but run. Dont consider and skip this company. I have other options that I can exercise in 6 months. I am paying for a loan that equates to a monthly payment double what Reprise offered or wait didnt offer but lied about. If I have paid that loan for almost 3 years yet you think I cant pay yours without baiting me. As I said it is a circus.
