The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the nail technician was disappointing. I came in requesting a powder dip manicure, but the technician was extremely aggressive with the electric file. She filed my healthy, thick nails down so much that they're now very thin and sensitive. I asked her multiple times to ease up on the pressure, but she continued until I had to firmly ask her to stop using the device altogether. I'm really upset about the damage to my nails. I hope the salon will take more care in listening to clients' concerns and using gentler techniques, especially during a service like powder dip where the health of the natural nail is important. read more

They are super nice and they always take me when I walk in. Clean friendly professional, Very nice people to talk to around getting their nails done too. Some people don't want to talk. They do a really good job at with my natural nails putting a gel coat on them. Not lumpy not thick really nice and sleek - natural looking. When they take off the gel my nails are healthy and strong underneath and I appreciate that they use quality products and take care of my natural nails. Which is the way I like them done. I also get my eyebrows done there too - very nicely done. AND they do eyelash extension too, I am okay with them and they are less expensive there for the extensions than other places but I found another place for those in particularly... no offense I really like how this place is a one stop shop for everything, This is a great place to go! read more

Very disappointing experience and was over charged. I showed up as a walk in for a dip powder manicure. When I sat down to get my manicure, the woman insisted that I do a clear dip powder with gel color on top. I've never done that before, I always just get dip powder. She said it would be easier to do my next manicure this way because I could just file off the gel color, fill in the dip, and repaint another color. I figured I'd give it a shot. She started by soaking my previous dip manicure in a bowl full of cold nail polish remover - super uncomfortable - and left me at the table for 10 minutes so that she could eat lunch. Turns out, when they do dip powder they do not do a manicure. The woman who did my nails charged me for removing my previous nail polish and did not trim my cuticles or provide the other normal services that come with a standard manicure. The gel that was painted on was really poorly done, the color is uneven and the edges are not smooth. For a $40 manicure, I expect slightly better quality. Definitely won't be coming back here. read more

I normally do not write negative reviews, but felt compelled to do so after my experience yesterday. I brought my cousin to get her nails done for a wedding. She picked a white gel nail polish and the matching regular nail polish for her pedicure. The color turned out to be more pink and didn't match the sample. When we asked if it could be changed the nail technicians argued with us and ended up charging us for the change despite acknowledging the difference. They were also making comments and speaking in Vietnamese throughout our time in the shop. It ruined what was supposed to be a special day and I cannot recall receiving such poor Customer Service. Finally, my nail technician did not do a thorough job on my manicure leaving lots of hangnails. Needless to say, I will not be returning and do not want anyone to go what we went through. read more

I have been coming here for a couple months because of the cheap price. I came in two days and I had an appointment where I had to wait an extra 30 mins for my person. I said okay no big deal, I show an image to Christine asking if she can do it and she said yes. She does my nails and she couldn't do the design. I asked her to do chrome on my tips and she offered another design I said no, do chrome and she just drops silver metallic on my nails. I was in town visiting family and needed a pedicure for an event the following day. My cousin and I walked in with no appointment on a Friday evening and waited about 20 mins for our turn. You can opt for a spa pedicure which has the massage chairs. Or you can opt for just a regular pedicure, which we chose. No frills, you sit in a regular chair and they just put your feet in a foot bath and start the pedicure. Nothing fancy, which I didn't mind because the pedicure was only $12!!! Yes, $12!!!!!!!!!! I'm used to shelling out over $30 for a pedicure in Vegas. The lady who worked on my feet, Julie, was very nice. We chatted a bit and my toes looked awesome afterwards. I just wish she went a little harder on the massage. My fault though for not saying anything. It's been a week since my pedicure and my feet are still soft and the nail polish hasn't chipped. Yes it's busy, yes space is limited, but for $12 who cares? I'm one happy customer!! read more

My technicians had some language issues and I didn't get what I asked for, I got a cut, and the nails started breaking off in four days. Bad experience overall. Restroom was out of service this day and they told me to walk to In-N-Out. Great start.... I had Christine. She sits at table 2 and she did my nails. I wanted gel nails ($23) and regular pedi ($12). I thought she did quality work - she talked me out of my coral color nail polish but really it was because she didn't know how to paint it. She got frustrated with the streaks so told me a different peachy orange would be better. Sure whatevver. I went with it. Then as she cuts my cuticles she tells me they are super dry and I should do a hand wax so it will add more moisture (additional $7). Um... Ok. I believed her and did that too. She cut a lot of skin off and I was getting worried that it would bleed - but she insisted that she's cutting it the best way and less skin will grow back. I'm such a sucka. She was really nice and funny - I was really giving her the benefit of the doubt to not be the typical shady viet nail salon.... Now I'm really doubting her. The lady who did my toes was not nice at all. No emotions and would tell me rudely when to move my legs. She too cut my cuticles too deep on my right toe so it bled a little. Well it's been 4 days and my hands are still dry even though I carry a bottle of lotion with me everywhere and I'm getting hangnail around my cuticles. That wax crap didn't work. My skin is super sensitive and feels like it's going to bleed if it's not moisturized. Christine lied and I feel like a fool! Toes are ok. Typical Vietnamese nail salon. The workers talk about you (in Vietnamese) and the people around you. I thought they weren't supposed to do this?! When the ladies found out I was also Vietnamese they joked and said "oh - you know we dont mean the things we say, it's just to joke around, kill time and poke fun." So disappointed. I went there for a gel mani and the manicurist put the dip on first, then gel making it way more expensive. On top of that the looked absolutely horrible I had her redo 6 nails! Today is now Monday only two days after I got them done and they are CHIPPING! On top of that they charged me $5 for clipping my cuticles.... last time I checked that was included in a manicure. Do not waste your money going here. This is no wear near the $45 they charged me. NEVER going back. I was absolutely wanting to make this place my new regular place. The first time the lady was a bit aggressive with me and kept pulling my arms super tight instead of just asking me to move. The entire experience was a bit physically aggressive but she did a good job. I came back and this time the lady was great but literally within 12 hours one of my nails began to chip. I returned the next day on my way home and unfortunately I had the wrong time and they were closing and within three days another nail had also full chipped and I just had the busiest week and the only time I could come in was the following weekend. This place is not on my normal flight patterns and when I tried to explain this they asked to charge me. And I just didn't understand the customer service. Asked for a stiletto, which is what I had and they insisted I needed a new full set, so she popped off the 8 I had which is not a fun event, only to put new tips on completely crooked. She wouldn't give me the shape I wanted so I finally gave up and stopped asking for it to be different. I just got black gel which was done so horribly parts of my nail were still showing and you could see the different layers of gel. I left very frustrated only to come back and ask for them to fix them because they were SO horrible! She tried to reshape them but there was no saving them and she insisted if it was the way I wanted it (and have gotten them for 3 years other places) they would break off.
