Meh. Bare bones. Ladies were very very nice but the mani-pedi was mediocre. Selection of nail polishes looked very used and it was hard to find any colors that were very current. All polishes were from all different brands. Like I said, very bare bones. The store could use a new coat of paint to freshen it up a bit. However, it's not very much for a mani-pedi, so maybe bring your own colors, if you'd like something more current. read more

Hannah is the best. Ive gotten many pedicures over the years but hannah is very gentle and she makes sure youre okay. My mom and sister often come here for their manny peddy and im often scraed to go to one because i dont want to get hurt. but hannah did a fantastic job. my feet look good. totally recommend this place read more

I went in for a full set and the ladies were very kind, however, my nails came out terrible! I am not usually one to complain, in fact, I paid and gave a tip and lefy, never to go back! They knew I was unhappy because she could not do what I asked. It looked like a child had done my nails. She could not do a v shaped french tip, my nails are all different lengths, some look like they've been grown out for a week because the gel was not put on correctly/close enough to my cuticles. Some nails had gel over my cuticles. Some nails are bumpy, which means she did not file the powder correctly.I had glue and gel all over my fingers. It was very disappointing. read more

I have been coming here for a year and I feel happy and comfortable coming here to get a manicure and pedicure. All of the ladies that work here are kind and friendly. They make you feel at home. Nancy, Jenny, Hannah, and Lily are all kind. Nancy mostly attends me when I come, she is my favorite (: she makes me feel comfortable because I'm insecure of my feet. Nancy makes sure my feet look and feel nice. If Nancy is not available then Hannah does my pedicure and she makes me feel comfortable as well. This was a horrible experience. The older lady is bad at doing nails even though she is nice. She kept hurting me and I asked for ombré and it looks absolutely horrible. I kept asking her to fix certain things and she never addressed it. I don't believe in not paying people for their work but I was so upset I literally downloaded yelp just to let others be aware. She did not take her time at all. These do not look like ombré nails to me. Instead, they like look like bootleg French tips. Also she did not do ! at shaping the nail. Waste of money! read more

I would give this business a very low rating of one star. They are capable of having a business however their staff was very rude to me and disrespectful to me as a customer . By staff I mean the lady who have me a manicure. I went in for a simple manicure and noticed dirty and old files and tools so much so that I had brought my own in case this had happened. The lady who was doing my nails made me feel very bad and I wanted to leave. She made fun of my file and my request for nail color paint and when she was finished told me to go and keep my nails in a Uv light when that was not even required. This is not how to have a business where you are rude to your customers when they need manicures. I am very disappointed. read more

I love CT Nails -- long before I moved to the Bay Area, I would always come to see Hannah and catch up with the friendly staff. Today is my first time back in over 5 years and everyone greeted me with the friendliest of smiles. Hannah is still providing the perfect pedicures - she is thorough and attentive to the smallest details! I love that this place provides reasonable pedicures and everyone has their favorite person. Quaint spot. Wasn't busy when I went in around 1pm. Quickly willing to help and get you let service completed with care. Everyone was nice and seemed to have regulars. I thought the lady was nice! But when I got Home and was able to look at my nails, the acrlic did not go down my nail all the way. She must have rushed because not all my nails were sanded down. And cut me. Charged me $20 and I even left a $5 tip but when I saw my friends nails while I waited I was shook. She charged Her $20 for her nails when she got them Short just a little above the skin and she didn't sand them down at all her nails were horrible and we got our nails done For prom. If I had a chance to give it it negative 5 stars, I would. I went here 2x and the older Vietnamese lady with the short hair did my pedicure. The first time was ok. I did not get a spa pedicure, just a regular one. The second time (October 30, 2017) was a nightmare. She took out my in grown toenail and I got an infection! Needless to say I will NEVER go here again. It's too bad I didn't take a picture of the infection. :( read more

When you first walk in to this salon you will notice right away that's not modern looking or fancy; however I give this place 5 stars anyway because of the leg waxing service I receive.
