My friend is East Indian, she has been bringing all her Indian suits for Trang to tailor. I brought my trousers to be hemmed and tailored on the sides this time. I brought them in on Friday and they were going to be ready by Tuesday, however I did not pick them up until the next Tuesday and she was fine with it. They're the perfect length and no extra fabric on the sides so it doesn't look wide. The shop is closed on Sundays and Mondays, cash only. Speaking of cash only, she quoted me only for the hem, but forgot the tailored sides quote. Therefore, I did not have the proper amount when I came to pick it up, she believes in the honour system and told me to pay her back the next time I come in!

I ordered a dress with them in June, and was told it would be in July 15. When I ordered it they advised me they could do the dress in a different color, fabric, and make some alterations. July came and when I called, they didn't seem to know about the order and then advised me to come in to get measurements again, and that it wouldn't be in till August 15 (wedding was Aug 31). Aug 15 came and still no dress. It didn't come in till Aug 27 and by this time I had to choose another because I wasn't sure it would arrive in time. They were argumentative through the entire process, advising me they didn't promise me a different fabric or style and in the end when the dress did arrive it was all wrong - wrong fabric and style! WARNING - Recommend stay away from this company. I saw others having issues with wedding dresses also.
