I wanted my first wedding dress experience to be at Bridal Gallery and I'm so glad I did. My stylist, Deanna, was fantastic. At first, I was hesitant to tell her what I don't like about a dress she had me try on but she coached me to be honest so she can help me find the one. Not once did she pressure me into making a decision. She was very understanding when I was nervous about being "too picky". She had me try on a dress I knew immediately would show my unflattering curves but I wanted to be open. She saw right away without me saying anything I hated it. She chose her words very carefully without bringing my weight and body into it. Very discreet and professional. My appointment was at the end of the day and we were there until 6pm (way past their closing time). I felt so bad but the ladies didn't rush me at all while I was getting measured and paying. I wish I had all day to try on more dresses it was so much fun. Thank you Bridal Gallery and Deanna for making my one and only dress appointment so special and memorable. initially had a very positive experience. The consultation was lovely, and I felt supported throughout the process. Unfortunately, the problems began after I purchased the dress. I was very clear about my wedding date and travel schedule, only to later be informed that my dress would not be ready on time. I signed for a specific size, then received a text stating that the size I had signed for was unavailable. At that point, they had to contact the designer, which meant the dress would not meet the deadline I had clearly communicated. I agreed to this, though I felt I had little choice. When I returned to the store for alterations, I fully expected to pay for them. However, the cost was nearly a third of the price of the dress. The alterations were quite simple; hemming the dress to my height, adjusting the sleeves, and adding an underlining to the corset,which made the price even more disappointing. Overall, this experience was extremely stressful. The dress I received appeared used and dirty, and now I have to walk down the aisle with a very bitter feeling attached to what should have been a joyful moment. Sadly, after my purchase, I discovered that other reviewers have reported similar issues. read more

She's definitely experienced, as she knew so much about bridal wear, alterations, and etc. She was so reliable and helpful during my bridal appointment. Super glad I said yes to the dress with her by my side. However, I didn't have the best experience with the front desk staff. I asked a few questions while we were finalizing my measurements and payment, and they gave me short answers, with a cold and unpleasant tone. Went for the experience of seeing my daughter try on her 1st wedding gown, something every mother dreams of. I live out of town and came a long way for this special day. The associate we had was very underwhelming and did not once give my daughter the compliments or advice we all thought we'd be privy to. My daughter, much like myself tends to hold her emotions in and unless prodded is unsure what exactly she is looking for. The style the associate had was more of an interrogation "what don't you like about this dress?" What do you like about this dress?" When my daughter had already answered idk I just don't like it. I don't think a bridal associate is the employment this particular girl is suited for, someone with a bubbly, positive, expressive personality like a "hype" girl would have been better.!!I've watched enough of those bridal dress shows to know the type of person that would bring out the "beautiful " in a soon to be bride. The area that we had to try on dresses was up a bunch of stairs and groups of people kept cutting through our "area" to get to their bridal area-really took away from the experience in my party's experience. Customer service completely fell off after they had my fiancé's money in their possession. No assistance in putting the dress on during the measuring for the tailor (a button up on the back with like 67 tiny buttons). Thrown in with the prom kids. She was quoted $90 during her initial visit for tailoring. The sales associate and "tailor" used this to encourage her to buy a much more expensive dress than she originally would have, as she would save money on the tailoring - yet (without changing dimensions at all) she was told it would be $600 upon visiting for her measurements for tailoring during her second visit. She completely walked back all of the statements she had made before about tailoring. Again, IMPORTANTLY the lack of tailoring to be done was used by the salesperson during the first visit to convince her to purchase a more expensive dress as she would save on tailoring. When I tried to address this with the manager, they just completely could not comprehend that they had done anything wrong. It was like speaking to a kid. They assumed I was just upset or surprised with the price. They did not see the problem in dropping a $600 bill on a bride 4 weeks before her wedding, when she may no longer have time to get in touch with another tailor that has availability. This is work that they had previously told her she would not need. And using that information to encourage her to purchase a more expensive dress. Morality definitely questionable. I'm gonna flex hard for a second and say this is NOTHING like the customer experience I receive at Harry Rosen. Like night and day. Was very eye opening for me. So yes, manager lady, I am quite familiar with the procedure and costs associated with tailoring. You could tone down the condescension as well. You can definitely tell which businesses don't anticipate the need for return customers. Good selection of dresses at good prices though. read more

I am utterly disappointed with the service I received at the Bridal Gallery. I thought I had bought the perfect dress, I spent $5000 on it. I had returned to the shop for my alterations and met with the seamstress. The seamstress at that time took my measurements. I returned a few weeks later to try my dress on. No one was there to help me even zip or unzip my dress. I had to wave down a girl to come help. I had mentioned to that lady that my dress was not fitting right, she had mentioned it was the "design" of the dress and that the seamstress was not available to come help me. It seemed like the shop was too busy to help me so they brushed off the concern I shared at the time. On my wedding day my dress was very loose, and as a result my boobs were showing way more than I had wanted them to. I called the Bridal Gallery a few weeks after my wedding in April but I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I finally got a hold of someone today and I was refused any sort of refund on my alterations. The lady on the phone was very defensive, and did not empathize about my situation. I do not recommend this shop at all, their service is not up to par with other bridal shops in the area. I find the Bridal Gallery is very busy and they do not have enough people employed to properly deliver to their clients. I am extremely disappointed in that I paid The Bridal Gallery over $5000 (including alterations) for my bridal dress. I am specifically disappointed with their lack of ability to follow up on my alterations after the first time. And finally I am even more disappointed that they refused to remedy this in anyway afterwards. read more

Melody was my consultant and I had an amazing experience. I purchased my dress yesterday after thinking I was never going to decide on one. I'm very indecisive and had no one with me to help, but Melody was super perceptive, professional and very knowledgeable. When I often lacked the proper words to describe how I felt about the dress, she had this uncanny ability to summarize my scattered thoughts in a few complete sentences. I had previously been to several bridal stores and she had the best interpersonal skills compared to the other consultants and the only one who seemingly knew exactly what I was trying to say. She was not the least bit pushy and did not give her personal opinion until I had chosen my favorite, and only upon my request. Contrary to some of the other comments, all the consultants there seemed to be enjoying their work and the work environment appeared positive, supportive and friendly. The prices are also very reasonable and in fact, the same dress that I chose would have cost a lot more elsewhere. They did have a very large selection which included all of my favorite styles from the previous bridal shops I visited, in addition to many more that I had not seen before. Everyone was extremely friendly and congratulatory throughout the whole check out process which included taking measurements and putting down a deposit. Like others, I found the service here just terrible. I had spent hours the night before going through every single one of the many, many dresses online to select the ones I wanted to see in store. Instead, a very unhelpful service attendant shrugged her shoulders indicating there was no way for me to see any of the very specific dresses I had selected, even though they had specific model numbers and were indicated as being in store. As a mother of the bride, I have more money to spend than my daughter, the bride, yet was brushed off, ignored and told I couldn't be helped. Terrible, terrible experience. I had the best experience at the bridal gallery!! I was a little apprehensive at first, due to reading some mixed reviews. I was already feeling stressed out due to having to purchase another dress just three months before my wedding. My first dress I had purchased almost 2 years ago, when I was anticipating on having my wedding sooner, no longer fit me. When we entered the shop, I didn't know what to expect, but I was greeted with a warm welcome despite running late for my initial dress fitting appointment. Stacie, the bridal dress consultant I worked with, was nothing short of amazing. She listened to all of my concerns and helped me figure out what my style was by asking those tough questions to narrow down the specific styles I was looking for (which is tough because I can be very indecisive!). She asked me all about my fiancé, my wedding, what styles I liked, what my vibe was, etc. She complimented me while I was trying on different dresses, and gave her professional opinion on the ways several styles flattered my body. I highly recommend any bride who is picky or wants a large selection of dresses to come to this shop. My wedding was just three months away so they were able to show me dresses that I could take home same day. Stacie kept my budget in mind and only showed me dresses at or near my budget, which other shops I visited, did not do. I like that all gowns are clearly labeled with prices. After trying on many dresses, I narrowed my search down to a couple styles that I really liked. She told me if I had another appointment somewhere else, to go try on other dresses and just keep the ones that I loved in mind, they would be there if I changed my mind. My daughter tried on several dresses for prom and luckily we did as prices here are at least $100 - $300 more than similar ones you find elsewhere. Although we found a unique dress and purchased it, it was not worth giving the recognition of "said yes to the dress" signage. There is a staff person who only sits and takes your money and no smile or comments or how did everything go?" You are a business and customers rely on good customer service and a friendly attitude from all staff? If you don't like your job or the people please leave. We hesitated for 5 seconds as my daughter felt bad we were spending so much on her dress. I wanted to take a minute to reassure her that it would be fine. What bothered me was with this hesitation came a glare from this woman to her coworker with a "oh she needs a minute" kind of situation. Maybe, just maybe, it would have been better that you took a minute to look at us FIRST and say, "no problem at all". But time is money right? I decided to take this dress home and found a lovely seamstress who came up with an easy fix/adjustments who will not charge a $50 sitting/booking fee and extra astronomical fees! I shouldn't have been surprised as the feeling I got at the front door when we arrived was unfriendly from the start. Just go upstairs (youll be greeted by two young girls who can smile for us)...no hi how are you mate or welcome to our store. I'm excited for our daughter and cannot wait to see the finished product. If you are looking for a bridal gown, the bridal gallery is definitely the place to go! The customer service is superb and they go above and beyond to make the bride happy and satisfied! I was attended by Shaye and chose a dress the same day. I wanted to change it and contacted Shaye. Unfortunately she isn't working there anymore but Angela reassured me that she will be more than happy to help me instead. Angela was awesome! I was not entirely happy with the dress I chose and she helped me fix it! She gave me a second chance on the dress and I will eternally be grateful!! They have a huge variety of bridal gowns to choose from and the store is very clean and personalized! I was pretty excited to shop at the Bridal gallery. Selection looked good and their store was huge. I arrived at 2:27 for my 2:30 Appointment. The place was packed and there were two people working at the reception desk. There were several customers standing at the desk speaking to the employees there. The employees saw me and made eye contact but did not acknowledge or greet me otherwise. This was my FIRST sign that this experience was going to be negative. Shoes were strewn all over the entryway floor, dozens of pairs. I was surprised they didn't have a shoe rack when they require clients to remove their shoes upon entry. Yoga studios and martial arts schools have figured this one out, why hasn't this store? I stood around for about 5 minutes before I mustered up the energy to finally talk to an employee and told them I had an appointment. They asked me to fill out a form, which I did on one of only TWO seats they had in their waiting area. After I gave back the form, I asked where my consultant was. It was 2:37 already. They said she'd be down soon. I said I'd have a browse in the first section of racks and the receptionist said "Actually, no, we need you stay here in the waiting area". I had to squeeze myself and two of my bridesmaids on the two seats while we waited. The consultant finally arrived shortly after. Her manner was very brusque, abrupt and impersonal. She showed no interest in building rapport or any interest in her job. She made my mom and three bridesmaids scrunch in on 3 seats, while giving another family room for ten people. I got this unpleasant feeling she was a little racist. She wouldn't allow my starving bridesmaid to eat a granola bar on the couch. There was a point when one of my bridesmaids told me she was super thirsty, but I told her the water had gotten left behind in the car. The sales consultant was right there and I had to ASK if they had any water. She reluctantly said "Yeah I'll get you some" and left but came back - no water. My friend never got the water at all. The sales consultant didn't' seem to know a thing about selling. She was so rude the entire time and seemed absolutely disinterested in helping me find anything. I've been in sales and client service for over 12 years, and I hate it when people obviously don't enjoy their work and it's the paying client that suffers for it. Two of my bridesmaids are also in client service (mortgage and banking) and they were so offended by the crappy service we all got. It was so bad that our dinner after was ruined because everyone was so pissed off at this store and ended up in a foul mood over dinner. The horrible experience was all anyone could talk about. Key Points: 1) They have a HUGE selection but all their dresses, once broken down into their silhouettes all sort of looked the same. I loved the dresses but the pricing was too high. They had pretty much the same sort of dresses as Lisa's but at $300-$500 more per piece. Shopping here is NOT worth it. 2) Their dresses, oddly enough, are arranged by SIZE which is weird since they are all samples anyway and would have to get altered somehow. Other boutiques arrange their racks by STYLE /SILHOUETTE/ or FABRIC, which would have made so much more sense because you shop for your dress based on your CONCEPT of what you would like to wear. If I were to give the finding the dress experience a rating, I'd give it 5 stars. My consultant Shaye was extremely knowledgeable, kind and knew exactly what I wanted. She found me THE dress and was very patient with my parents and in-laws who came again to see the dress with me, the day I decided to purchase it. The space itself is very beautiful with a brightly lit viewing gallery and comfy couches. It feels like that show Say Yes To The Dress. Everything was great, another lady took my measurements and I put down half as a deposit on the dress and was then told who the designer was and the gown's style number. That evening while Googling the style number, to my horror I realized the wrong style had been ordered. The tea-length (short) version of the same dress was ordered instead of the ball gown I had tried on. I panicked and as soon as the store opened the next day I called them. They said they'd call back as soon as they figured things out. I didn't hear anything for about 3 hours until I called again. They didn't seem as panicked and said I could come by the next day to pick up the paperwork. When I went in, the front desk person, Maggie, seemed uninterested in my experience, was unapologetic and generally unpleasant. I quickly realized that they had also increased the price on the receipt. I informed her that I was paying what I was originally quoted. She told me that that price was just for the tea-length dress. Obviously what had happened was they tagged the dress wrong, possibly with the incorrect price and obviously with the incorrect style number. Once my problem was brought to light, they realized their error and quickly switched tags to the correct one. I get it, mistakes happen, but I am not paying for theirs! I have to put my foot down and insist that I am charged the price on the original tag, even if it's the wrong price. I don't know if Maggie thinks I'm an idiot, but she showed me the new tag saying "See? You're wrong". I informed her that I tried on that very gown a few days ago and the tag was different. They obviously had corrected their mistake. Update: I got in touch with the manager, Erin, who was lovely. She apologized and has rectified the situation. But Maggie's horrible demeanor has left me feeling pretty under-whelmed and meh about the whole experience. read more

I came here with one of my bridesmaids to try on wedding dresses. This was the first store I went to. My bridesmaid set up an appointment for 11:30am on a Monday morning. When we got there we were greeted by a huge pile of shoes everywhere. Where's the shoe rack? A receptionist told me to fill out a form with my contact and wedding information, but there was only two seats in the entrance and they were taken, so I just filled out the form at the counter. After filling out the form, we were told that the consultant was still finishing up with another bride, so we should look at bridesmaids dresses upstairs. The bridesmaid dress selection is abysmal. Absolutely terrible. It's like the same 6 dresses in a variety of colors. We couldn't find one to get remotely excited about. The prom dress selection is absolutely huge though, with racks and racks of dresses. There's only a few change rooms though, so if you're a walk in you might be stuck waiting to try dresses on. Around 11:45am we finally got to meet our consultant, Angie. The dresses in the salon are organized solely by size, not style. Originally I had zero idea what sort of wedding dress I wanted, so she pulled out a huge range of dresses. Brides, be warned: the change rooms are VERY small. It was really tough to get out of one dress and climb into another in the small space. Angie did take every dress out immediately after I got out of it, but it was still really cramped in the room. Angie was great at digging out new dresses after she got a better idea what sort of wedding dress I was looking for. The one thing I really didn't enjoy about the experience is that the consultant kept putting on the pressure that I seriously needed to have my wedding dress bought by early January for my September wedding. Um, I refuse to buy a dress until both my mom and my fiance's mom approve it, and if that doesn't happen until February then that's how it is. The bridesmaid who came with me bought her dress off the rack 3 months before her wedding, and guess what, it all turned out fantastic. I seriously didn't need the added pressure. Overall, the selection here is okay, but I don't think I'd buy my wedding dress from here. read more

All I can say is I'm so glad I didn't start my wedding dress shopping here-or all my fears and anxieties of trying to find a dress that suited me would have come true. Unlike all the other salons I visited, it was much harder to get an appointment here, and I had to take a weekday time. I was unimpressed off the bat when I got a really long confirmation email with a HUGE paragraph about the reason you can't bring too many people to your appointment as they portray in "certain" tv shows-it just seemed like I was being lectured rather than being welcomed to the store for something that should be really exciting! I had taken a look at the brands they carried online and brought photos of some styles I wanted to try on-they had none of them. I explained what I was looking for (something light, flowy, fairly close to the body) and she said to me "this is our trumpet room, and that is our ballgown room". I reiterated what I was looking for, and she said "this is our trumpet room, and that is our ballgown room". UGH. Dresses are arranged by size, which makes absolutely no sense to me because the styles were all totally different-why carry styles only in a size way smaller or way bigger than the average sample size that people can't try on? At least if it's too big it can be clipped, but why carry sizes that 80% of the women coming in won't fit into? My consultant was nice and patient, but she provided absolutely no value to the appointment other than carrying dresses to the fitting rooms. I was basically on my own to select styles. I ended up trying on dresses for the sake of trying them on, but not a single one I was actually excited about. The dresses were really thick, heavy, and looked cheap but weren't that cheap! The dresses I tried on were all in the $2000 range and I had tried on much more beautiful dresses at Frocks and even a couple at Bisou Bridal that were around that price but looked much more delicate and expensive. Also, not only can you not take photos, they won't even tell you the brand or style number/name of the dresses you're trying on! Dress shopping can be overwhelming and photos are really helpful in looking back at your favourites and narrowing it down-but to not even provide style numbers is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my engaged friends. read more

You are suppose to have an amazing experience wedding dress shopping not at this bridal salon. If you want to be put down and have a personal trainer suggested to you and have your whole day ruin then you have come to the right place. My return visit to Bridal Gallery had not been pleasant. There were 3 dresses I wanted to re-try and show my fiancé before saying yes to the dress. The young associate gathered the dresses and ran out to pick up one more thing. An older associate Maggie with much attitude grabbed the dress out from my fitting room. I gently told her that I was going to try that one on she accosted me and said HER BRIDE was waiting and need to try it. She was rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming. She took the dress away regardless and I was left waiting for my associate to come back. In the end it took a long time before HER BRIDE was done trying it on before I could try it. I understand that there are lots of brides trying to find their perfect dress, THERE IS NO NEED TO ACCOST your customers. Perhaps she will need to take customer service 101 again!? Frankly, there are plenty of other bridal galleries with much welcoming services. Note: 1. BG does not let you take pictures and when I asked about the designer of the dress I was loving. The associate told me unless I bought the dress, they would not disclose this b/c of copyright etc etc... I don't blame them, if I known the style code I may chose to give business elsewhere also after the poor poor poor customer service this time and the lukewarm service the previous visit. 2. Take off your shoes and leave them at the front along with the other piles of shoe mess. 3. There is not a wide range of sizes per style. read more

This store has an enormous selection with very up to date styles. The store is large, clean and wecoming. Our salesperson, Deanna, was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable salespeople I have dealt with. She understood what the bride was looking for, and pre-picked some great dresses that fit the bride's style to a tee. This was the 4th shop I went to, so I had a general idea of what to expect. It was a rainy day, as usual, the first thing I see was an entry way full of wet shoes. That was unpleasant. I knew exactly what I wanted, and know that BG carries the designers I wanted. My consultant asked me the typical questions of what I wanted, and she wrote it down. I want sweetheart neckline, trumpet cut, lace, button back. I didn't think this was demanding since I was in the store with Canada's biggest selection. Like many other reviews, dresses were arranged by sizes. Kind of odd, since there were about 30 dress in my size. The consultant did not listen to what I had requested at all. She kept pulling out poufy, not lace gowns. She repeatedly pulled out gowns I did not want. Turns out they didn't have anything I wanted. Went for my gown fitting on a Tuesday afternoon. Maybe only one or two appointments around the same time as mine. The consultant who took me up to the fitting room wasn't the friendliest. She was about as gloomy as the pouring rain outside, it seemed. Better yet, she stepped on my dress with her icky shoes as I was putting it on. Hey, I get it, a wedding dress can be big and splayed out everywhere but it'd be nice to know I can pull up the dress without the extra weight or footprint in my way. Luckily there was no rip on the delicate fabric. So no rip and not a huge deal because it's probably the part that gets lopped off. Heck, after the slightly friendlier seamstress arrived and pinned my dress, I got to clean their hardwood floors with my train. They should give me a discount on alterations for picking up some dust. That being said, alterations cost about 1/3 the price of my wedding gown - almost the same price as one of their prom/evening gowns. The high cost mainly due to the detail and embellishments on the dress. Or, maybe I'd like to think that. read more

I went for my consultation with 3 friends on Saturday in the middle of the day and the store did not seem as busy as I expected. I did not like that we had to take off our shoes, I hate walking around without shoes and let's face it there isn't gowns draped all over the floors...it would take a real moron to step on the dresses. People should only have to remove their shoes to try on...not just to look around. We were told my consultant wasn't ready and ushered upstairs to look at the rather small selection of bridesmaid dresses. We looked around 3 times before getting annoyed that the appointment was now 25 minutes late and finally asked someone to see what was going on. We were then introduced to my consultant Rochelle but never given an explanation of the delay. This was my first try on and Rochelle was very personable, if you can request a consultant when making an appointment I highly recommend her! We sat down and talked a bit about my wedding, dress style and budget then she let us go pull some dresses. She gave us some really good information to not pull ones too far over my budget (to get a sense of style) because they will fit much better then the cheaper dresses and you won't get the same silhouette in a dress that is less expensive. Which I really appreciated, no sense falling in love with something I can't have! We couldn't find much in the way of what I was originally looking for which was a sheath dress with a small sweep train but in trying on a couple different styles I decided I prefer something more fitted. Didn't come close to finding anything because the only one I really liked was over the budget. Because I have a lower budget and was interested in a lace dress (which are expensive here) she showed me a bridesmaid dress upstairs which was actually really nice for the price...although it was black, it was a little hard to imagine it in white but it does come in white. Overall, they didn't have a lot for me style and price wise. I was disappointed the appointment was late and also worth noting...the bridal dresses I was trying on smelt SO badly like body odour I was itching to get off the "catwalk" and out of them! I'm dropping the 2 stars just because of the conditions of the samples, it was gross. read more

Came here on a Thursday for an appointment with my sister. There was only one other group in the store and we were treated very well. This was by far the nicest/fanciest of the wedding dress stores we went to during our two day stint. I enjoy how their dresses are laid out by size. Sure, you can skip around in different size categories to check out all of the dresses, but I personally like to try on dresses that are going to fit me from the start. There is a wide variety of dress styles available and note that the price tag has two prices, one if you just buy your dress, and one if you buy 3 or more outfits as well. The change rooms weren't my favorite. They're dark and have small curtains that don't fully close. I'm quite certain I gave a show a couple of times. The main mirrored area is very nice, though the pedestal was too close to the mirror for me to get a good look at the dress. Upstairs has a bridesmaid section that is quite tiny and a huge room with grad gowns. If you're looking for a prom dress, this should be your place as they have tons and in every style. I almost wanted one of those instead. I found one dress here where if I was looking for a traditional style dress, it would be the one. There was no pressure from my consultant and she was very helpful and nice. After leaving the store, we went in one of the tiny stores across the street, and I promptly found the same dress, in my size, available to order, for $600 cheaper. I would recommend this shop as not all of the consultants are pushy and rude like other reviews, and they do have a large selection in all sizes. Maybe check other stores for the same dress though, to make sure you're getting a good deal. read more

It's a bit weird because I had a great consultant while finding my dress, but I could definitely sense that most of the staff didn't seem to want to be there. It was like "Oh great, another bride." Finding my dress - Laurie was fantastic and incredibly patient with me. I went in with a few ideas, but overall wasn't sure what I wanted. I did end up holding back the first time, and going back a second time before purchasing my gown. I had no problem with the price of the gown. Fittings - I have to agree with everyone else that Bridal Gallery is in it for your money. I am very petite and am at 5'1", so of course I needed the dress taken in. I added a bussel and bra cups. The dress itself was very simple (I even asked my tailor friends) and they all said there was no way I should have been quoted over $650. My fiancé was furious and luckily, the manager was kind enough to work down the price to $500 (even then, everyone said it was crazy, but I really didn't want to have to shop around for another tailor - I know, that's my problem.) End result - Anna, who did my tailoring and fittings, was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet and did a great job on my dress. I did love my dress, but I think I loved it a little less than when I first tried it on because of the cost and experience. read more

Not sure about the wedding gowns but if you're looking for a prom dress this is a wonderful place to be! The variety is not huge but definitely a fair selection, it's a big place and very clean and open concept not a bunch of dresses squished together with an inch of room to walk around. Bad experience. Paid for an expensive evening gown off the rack and left the gown at the store to come back later to hem it. The dress never left the store. Called to cancel the purchase and get a refund and was told "All Sales are Final" I tried to explain that the dress was off the rack and never left the store. I was not given a reasonable explanation as to why they simply could not put the dress back on the rack. Seems completely inflexible. Was told they can't do refunds, which is completely untrue. Any merchant payment processing system allows for refunds. Looking at their return policy on their website, had I ordered it on-line I could have sent it back for a merchandise credit. Be very sure before you hand over your payment - they refuse to do any refunds at all! read more

The customer service is absolutely awful and the dress selection is very dated. The associate was extremely rude to my mother. My mom was about to try on a pair of shoes that were on display and asked the associate if she could try them on. The associate replied and said that the shoes were very expensive and she could only try them on if she was serious about buying. Very rude - we left shortly after trying on one dress. Even if I liked something there, I would not purchase it based on our horrible experience. read more

Terrible experience. Poor customer service. Was not warned that my dress would require significant alterations before purchasing. Measurements were rushed and incorrect. Store employee said they could offer a refund in circumstances like this and was later told this was not an option and not something they even offer. Fit issues blamed on my body and not on the dress. Came out all the way from Vancouver to talk to the manager and was told she was busy minutes after she talked to my mom. Not sure if the front desk staff are ill trained or racist, but they were so rude and unwelcoming. When we arrived for our appointment, they were busy and completely ignored us, until we attempted to venture into the side room, at which point they barked at us, "Take off your shoes!" (It was our first shop so we weren't familiar with the protocol) It is customary and appropriate to at least nod and smile at new arrivals, and perhaps point to any signs etc. The attendant was professional and helpful, thank you, and so my son's fiancé did purchase a beautiful dress, but, when she picked it up, the straps that were supposed to be detachable (cover the shoulders in the church), were permanently sewn on, with no time to remedy, so the beautiful strapless ball gown looked completely different. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend that anyone shop here. Train your staff better, Bridal Gallery! read more

The experience leading up to purchasing my dress was great and when I went to pick up the dress I was so disappointed by the service. There was no available associate, and I had to grab random people to help me try on my already purchased wedding gown. at this point I had waited over half an hour past my appointment time.
