Staff is friendly and service is quick. The restaurant is fairly small and somewhat easy to miss, but the flavors in their meals are big! Their curry dishes are wonderful - I tried both the green and panang curry. The panang curry I ordered with "medium" spice, which was the perfect amount of heat. If you're out to dine with someone, I also recommend sharing their large side plate of rice, which is $4, but when they say large, they mean LARGE. The bowl they bring you is a monstrosity! Of all the wonderful dishes, especially the variety of Asian cuisines I had while in Medford, I think this one tops the list.

Charm! This place is a true gem, offering the most amazing Thai food I've ever had. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with an ambiance that's both inviting and vibrant. The Tom Kha soup is an absolute masterpiece, bursting with flavors that dance on your palate. The lettuce wraps are a must-try, perfectly balanced and fresh. Be prepared to wait for a table, as this spot is incredibly popular, and for good reason. The food is served family-style, with massive portions that are perfect for sharing. Everything is incredibly fresh and authentically prepared, transporting you straight to the streets of Thailand. The staff is warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. Each dish is a testament to their culinary expertise, making Charm a standout in a sea of dining options. Whether you're a Thai food aficionado or a newcomer to this cuisine, you'll be blown away by the quality and authenticity of every bite. Don't miss out on this culinary treasure - it's worth every minute of the wait! read more

You order at the counter where the owner himself took our order. He is a really nice guy and fun to talk to. He opened this place during the pandemic and thankfully seems to be doing good business.
