This was a great delivery experience last week! I ordered chicken pad thai from here through Seamless. Bonus: they have a discount code for $5 off your first order from Seamless right now! The food was delivered before the delivery window, which was great. It was piping hot and delicious! For the price point, I thought this was one of the best pad thais that I have had recently. I would definitely order from here again because of the food quality and efficient delivery!

Charm is a good pick for Thai food! I've had their pad thai, drunken noodles, pad see ew, basil fried rice, red curry and massaman curry. Sometimes it's a little hit or miss and the dishes come super sweet. Otherwise solid option and available on all delivery platforms too!

Delicious. Fast, cheap and the service is superb. Is it the best Thai food I've ever had? No but I consider it more so fast food and when you consider it as such, it's really really good fast food. I've had the Basil sauce and the Basil fried rice and both were soo good. Great flavor and spice and every time I eat it everyone asks me where I got it from because it smells so good. I usually get the lunch special which comes out to $11ish and comes with a dish + app (I get the Tom Yum soup and it's delish). Highly highly recommend!!

Charm Thai is our GO TO thai place. It is always delivered so quickly- this time it was at our door within 25 minutes of ordering. Getting food delivered that is too hot to eat, always a good thing. I highly recommend the street noodle w. Tofu. Perfectly cooked and super flavorful!! My boyfriend also loves their panang curry, he says it is rich and coconuty while still being light. Has a little kick when ordering medium I love any of their tofu dishes. The portions are generous compared to other thai places in the area and I love the way they cook their vegetables- never over cooked just nicely sauteed w a little crunchy (just how I like) I really recommend charm thai, having tried many other thai places in the area, I can genuinely say they do it best. Honestly every dish has a garnish and looks like it's been cooked w love. Really clean and well run establishment as well, and great customer services everytime we go there.

Didn't know this place existed until tonight. I got their Pad See Ew with beef, red curry with chicken, and their crab rangoons. The Pad See Ew was hot and fresh, meat was pretty tender, and the noodles were soft, not chewy. The red curry was spiced pretty well and it wasn't too sweet with a reasonable amount of meat and lots of veggies. Be sure to mix it before serving. The rangoons were rangoons. Nothing special, but fulfilled my Rangoon craving lol. Overall, fast, affordable, and tasty. I would def go here again.

Was hanging around west Harlem and needed a quick lunch fix-up. When I saw the storefront I wasn't convinced I would have the best experience here, but boy was I proven wrong. First off one of the best pad thai and pad sew ew I've had there in NYC. The pad Thai was decent portion, piping hot, seasoned and flavored well, and came with a lot of shrimp. Very authentic. Pad see ew too was good and fresh. Lots of chicken and the noodles were really tasty. Best part is lunch special. You get a appetizer salad or soup (choose one of four) with your entree for consistently between $7 to $10. So filling at such an incredible price! You can't beat that ANYWHERE.

When I'm craving Thai food, I like my food Thai spicy! Much like Indian food and Mexican food, it is important to get my order in the right level of spiciness... nuclear. I came across Charm Thai, as I was perusing my UberEats app. I liked what I saw from here, and ordered Pad Thai. After a 30 minute wait, I had my food delivered to me. As I unpackaged my order, I noticed that it came with generous portions of chicken. This is great, as many places like to cheat people out of quality meat portions. Another good note is the fact that they actually made my food Thai spicy. And I was able to divide the food into two meals, so I had twice the great food that day. This place offers good food, and efficient service. I would most definitely order from here the next time I crave Thai food. Keep up the good work!

The pad thai and drunken noodles here were delicious! The pad thai noodles were slightly different than what I usually have - a bit rounder instead of the flat ones. The chicken was fresh, and I loved the bean sprout and peanut toppings.

Found this place on Grubhub and ordered a Pad Thai go. The rice noodles were cooked amazingly, they gave a good amount of vegetables and were well garnished with peanuts and lime. The combination of the Pad Thai had a sweet, sour, and spicy flavor, especially with that sauce. the vegetables provided a crunch to it along with the peanuts making have that slightly nutty flavor.

Just like all my reviews from this time: this was not an in restaurant transaction. I received my order through UBER eats. I ordered drunken noodles, served with chicken, peppers, flat noodles, string beans, onion, and basil. It was pleasantly spicy without being so hot that the taste was lost. The chicken was well done, almost smoky, and well seasoned. I also ordered spring rolls, which were hot and crispy, as well as vegetable dumplings, which you could tell were made from scratch, with corn and greens. Delivery was fast and courteous. Very tasty food with a large selection of rice dishes, pad Thai dishes, wok dishes, soups, and more.

The service was friendly, attentive, and the food arrived quickly even they were a full house and rush lunch hour. Very quick and our server was amazing! We started with mango salad and chicken satay as these were the most popular. Their salad was purely mango with cashews and cherry tomatoes. Their chicken satay was also to die for! It was very flavorful and was perfect and went well with the salad. Their pad thai was so perfect it brought me back to when we visited Thailand few years ago. The crispy pork belly was a standout for me perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, with just the right amount of richness. (Reminds me of Filipino Lechon Kawali) The fresh bean sprouts, scallions, and squeeze of lime balanced everything out beautifully. The soft shell crab in creamy curry egg sauce was also a must try! And lastly, we tried their mango sticky rice!! Absolutely no words... IT WAS DIVINE!!! If you're looking for authentic Thai food with elevated presentation, generous portions, and excellent service, Mitr Thai is definitely worth the visit. I'll absolutely be coming back to try more dishes!

Came here to eat before watching Broadway. We booked 5:00pm. When we arrived ~4:50pm there was…read morealready a line out the door waiting for them to open. I'm surprised people queued and surprised they actually lock people out. They have a policy of only seating whole parties. My friends were literally stuck amongst the world cup crowds in Times Square such that they struggled to get through and had to detour when they did. They have a 10 minute grace period, but my friends wouldn't make it in time, so I asked if they'll let us sit first as long as we start ordering immediately. They said ok as long as we returned the table by 6:30pm. I thought the 1.5 hour seating time was based on when we actually get seated which considers the grace period. Anyways the timing ended up being sufficient. I think this spot is good for pre-theatre dining due to the large storefront and quick service, but I wouldn't necessarily choose to come here for the sake of coming. Their menu is extensive and slightly confusing given the way they organize by regions in Thailand. I'm uncultured so I won't know what's the difference between each region. It's easier for me to comprehend if the menu was categorized by the ingredients used or size of the dish. Most dishes do not have a photo/drawing included so it was hard to skim through all the options. Their online ordering was way more helpful since it had photos. It was so hard to look for the corresponding line item in the printed version. We ordered: green curry, kao soy kua neur, khao mok neua, curry puff, kaeng hung lay, gai gor lae, and mango sticky rice. Most of the stuff tasted alright without much standout. We requested mild/little spicy for everything and it was true to request. The spiciest dish was probably the green curry, but I think it's tolerable if you eat it with rice. Crowd favorite was the kao soy kua neur which is braised beef with egg noodles. I like how tender the beef is and how chewy the noodles were. My friends didn't like the khao mok neua biryani because of its dryness, but I think it's meant to be like that. I appreciate the spices in it, not too strong but still sufficient. I don't like how they don't have a printed menu for desserts and relied on the servers to recite out what's available. We couldn't hear everything properly and resorted to referencing the online ordering menu for the dessert options. Glad they're the same. Mango sticky rice was the highlight of the night for me. The mango size could be slightly bigger, because right now it's much smaller than the rice. However, I enjoyed the rice a lot. It was hot, fragrant, and not too soft. It definitely felt comforting. The coconut milk on the side had rice puffs (?) in it which gave additional texture.

The restaurant was busy and I was by…read moremyself so I was happy to sit at the bar, and was attended to by the most sweet bartender ever. Very polite, professional and attentive. I first ordered the crispy spring rolls, which were very good. For my main I had the Massaman Curry. Now folks, this is my favorite curry of all time -- actually one of my favorite foods of all time -- and while it's common in LA where I used to live, it's not as common where I live now, in the Bay Area. And the restaurants that do carry it usually do not make it right and it's not very good. I am used to Massaman in the traditional preparation where it's more like a beef stew made with chunks of beef and needs to cook overnight. When done right it is the most aromatic curry ever -- it's almost like an aphrodisiac! -- and the beef comes out oh so tender. Usually if places have this curry but then offer a choice of protein, then it generally is not cooked properly, and that is actually how they prepare it at SaiTong. But because of such great reviews I decided to take a chance and try it. Well, let me tell you, it was definitely not the norm...it was absolutely delicious! I had it with chicken (they serve breast as default), and the chicken soaked up the curry really nicely. I also asked for there to be no onions, which I think alters the flavor of a curry too much. It does include the traditional potatoes and peanuts, and the potatoes were fine and cut into nice little chunks, the peanuts actually were thrown in raw.. what I think is the more traditional way which is to actually burn the peanuts a little bit, but that's okay, it didn't take down the dish any. Their brown rice is of the very dark kind, which I like, and goes so well with the curry. Service was wonderful from the bartender but was also provided by the rest of the staff and everyone was so nice. I left there feeling so satisfied, and cannot wait to go back and try some other dishes.
