Nice job; considering I didn't get the acrylic fill I needed. I really do like coming here & not having to wait however, today Tara tried to charge me an extra $15 for a fill. Wait what.... I understand she's the ONLY person here working here but, an additional $15 for a pedicure has forced me to go back to my previous shop! Cause I only require a simple rebuy pedi; reg polish (no gel) so, $52 for pedicure is obscene for me! I drive out my way to this shop and thought I was going to make it my regular shop cause, her pedi's do last! However, $37 for a reg pedi and $15 for a full is not going to happen. Thank god she did a good job cause, you can even tell...that I really did need a full. Like I said, she's good if you don't paying whatever. As for me, I'll be going back to my previous shop I'm just a Plan Jane so, I do NOT get gel, charms, designs or nothing extra $ a $52 pedicure...AINT what I'm trying to do. Shame on me for not confirming the price before getting my nails done. I'm so disappointed with myself for paying $47 dollars for a basic mani/pedi with no polish. This was the worst and most lazy manicure I've ever gotten. It felt like the man was barely even touching my hand. No nail soak before the mani and no cuticle oil with hand rub after I washed my hands at the end. Now that I'm out of the salon and looking at my nails, they look like I didn't even get a manicure. The pedi was ok but considering I was the only customer, I don't understand why it was so rushed. I was truly shocked when she said $47 was the cost. The woman and man were both nice but the quality of work is NOT worth the cost. There doesn't seem to be many good mani/pedi spots in this area but I definitely won't be coming back here. Do not go here if you have high standards for details like clipping all loose skin and cuticles and leaving feeling moisturized and like you got the best customer service you could possible received. read more

i was kinda sketch on coming here because they didn't have a lot of stars but i do like that they are open at 10am instead of noon like most of the other nail salons on sunday . I came in and was serviced right away i think she is the owner she did my pedicure & i enjoyed it she got my cuticles really good. I will return if she can do my toes again. Walked in on a weekday morning, i was helped right away. There was only one nail tech, she seemed to be the owner. The gel color selection is very small. The tech was quick, but her technique was different. She used the same too (rough nail file) for all stages. My nails chipped within 2 days. The service here is horrible. I had and issue with the way the "older" nail tech was polishing my toes and I guess the owner instead of trying to correct the wrong and allow someone else to polish my toes she says "well they all polish the same". No, they don't. And you're an idiot if you think that. She was already on a 3rd layer of my big toe and her brush strokes weren't clean at all. Then they tried to blame it on the polish. Like really? Well, if y'all didn't add so much "thinner" to it maybe it wouldn't have to go through 3-4 coats to actually look how it's suppose to. I will NEVER come back here. I mainly visit for an eyebrow wax and am always satisfied with my results. I visited a few months ago for a Gel full set, which started out really great, but I was dissatisfied with the results. She piled on too much of the dip powder which left my nail a bit chunky looking, and she also applied too many layers of the polish. I paid about 35 for my nails. It isn't the worst service I've ever received, but I will stick to eyebrow waxes. They're always very kind to me when I come. Do not go here yesterday on Sunday December 16th my mother went into their place of business to get a service done she got her toes polished and she had cash on her it was about 250 dollars my mom says that she took the money out to count how much she had and long story short my mom money was missing and they last place she had it was this establishment. Horrible, horrible service. My friend and I went to Tara Nails to get the $20 full set. I requested that the owner did my nails, but she insisted that the older gentleman that works there do them. The older man glued the nails in the middle of my nail bed. He then cut the nails down so short, that they were the lenth of my natural nail....which was the lengh of my nail bed. I told the owner that i did not want my nails that short, otherwise, i couldve just gotten my natural nails painted. Well, the owner got upset and said she was refusing my friend and I service. They wouldnt even remove the fake nails they had put on. On a brighter note, the next day, my friend and I went to VIP NAILS on OLD NATIONAL. What a PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! I definitely recommend you go there. They treat you with dignity, and respect, and they actually care about the experience of their customers. Came in to get a basic pedicure. They tried to charge me $8 more because I wanted my 2nd toe painted a different color. Not Gel, not a design, but regular polish to represent my team. Then, she stated it would be $3 for top coat. Not gel or anything just polish. Crazy!!! Go somewhere that isn't looking to nickel and dime you. The person I normally have my lash done was completely booked. they wanted me to use someone else claiming all their lash technicians are good. for hours I debated on going but I had an event the next day. call them back and said who are you going to place me with they said An. I the name and watching. got there saw her thought it was her only to here this older voice doing my lash. that lady talk so much and took so many breaks only to rush my lash. she had one hanging I should her. she pulled my and and the extension. I was s mad. then took another look and I looked lik a clown. when to owner he wants me to go back to her. I said no way. oh give her a chance to fix it no sir. I said remove it. then he call the original person I was supposed to be place with and she try to fix someone els's mess. I did not get my nails done here, because I came too late, but I was ok with not having then done here. It looks like a whole in the wall! There aren't many spa chairs to get your pedicure and it's really not a nice looking place. Go at your own risk. To be honest all the nail shops in the area of the walmart on Jonesboro road are gross looking and really not worth your money. read more

I work close by and there are other places i can go but when i need a fill in on my hour lunch.. i get fast and great service!! This is a rat hole. The quality of work is horrible. I don't know what else to say. I stopped in because it didn't look busy and I thought I could get in and out and that I did. This was the fasted nail job in history and the quality was horrible. I guess it was empty for both reasons. So, I went and got nails done on 2/14. By 2/21 they were fading/peeling off on the tip. I paid for gel nails (that should last two to 3 weeks). I wonder if she has gel nail bottles with regular polish in them. I asked for her to re polish my nails (3 of them) and she said I would have to pay because I called one day after getting my nails done outside of her one week policy. Bad business. Sheisty people. Don't pay until nails are done and leave if they are not done right. You try to give people the benfit of the doubt and you t screwed. Karma is a key.
