Charley's cheesecake has never failed me. It's usually in the food court in the mall. Food always fresh made right when you order. Fries always hot and crispy. Can get combo for $7.77 (I believe don't quote me on the price). Either way it's worth it and only place I eat from when I go to the mall. read more

Remember when the we places used to be good? Well, maybe not good, but for the low price, but now the price is so high the quality of food was ok, but now that the prices are all up in the sky high the terrible food is just terrible overpriced food. Staff is doing their best, it's not their fault. They get things out pretty quick. It's a mall food court so it's loud, even though foot traffic was down while we were there. If it was a quality food it'd be worth it, but it's still the 2000s era short cuts. Prices are too high for that. read more

I've been here twice when shopping. First time I ordered the the staff seemed to be mad at one another. My order of cheese fry's we're cold before it was handed to me. Charley's Philly steaks never disappoints, we frequent these stores because they're always located in food court in the mall. This location as all locations, fresh food / hot and fast service. My husband loves the Philly cheesesteaks, I always go for the chicken it's wonderful. Their french fries are to die for, try the season salt with vinegar, it won't disappoint. Highly recommend it when frequenting this mall for a quick bite to eat. Yum!!!! read more

I have been to this @Charleys a couple of times while in the mall. My current personal favorite is the BBQ Cheddar Steak. I think cheddar cheese and BBQ cause make almost any sandwich or burger better. This is one of the most popular shops in the food court, and the food is fresher, and cooked right in front of you. I will prefer them over Subway any day. I really like their lemonade also. When you go, make sure you keep your receipt, and get your punch card stamped. After 7 visits, your 8th one is free. At this location the guy was trashing the receipts instead of handing them out. Didn't even bother asking if I wanted my receipt. But if you get your receipt, fill out the online survey, and write the code on your receipt. Next time you go back you will get a free drink and fries. I had lunch at Charley's which is inside the Triangle Town Center Mall. I feel like this best + cleanest restaurant in the food court (Besides Chick Fil A) The staff was extremely nice and quick. When I first arrived the line was wrapped around but I waited. They have a big sign that says if you "give us a good review you get a free fry + drink" which is I asked about and she said it's on the back of the receipt once you purchase something to eat; I felt like the sign is a little misleading and should reflect it's after any purchase. My sandwich turned out really good and my fries were hot and fresh, I ordered the strawberry lemonade as well. I ended up ordering the Chicken Philly which is always really good. I definitely feel like this is one of the better restaurants in the food court at the mall. I would definitely eat there again. read more

The guy who took our order was friendly. While ordering, I noticed plastic wrap melting and dropping onto the bread being toasted. I told the cashier and he fixed it right away. After placing our order, it took a long time to get the food. I opened my sandwich to find it made wrong, and HAIR inside. I went to the front of the line to tell the cashier. He apologized, walked over to the cook, talked for almost a minute and said they were making a new sandwich. I watched and waited as 4 more orders were made before mine. I also noticed that none of the employees were wearing hairnets...especially the cook whose hair was woven to hang over his forehead. I don't know how this eatery scored 95 on their rating. Now I know why there was such a line for this place! In Triangle Town Center's Food Court, I was drawn in by a sign for their new Spicy Hawaiian Chicken sandwich. Waited in line for awhile, ordered it and unsweetened iced tea. Took a sip and yuck, sweet sweet tea! Turned it back in to be told they ONLY have sweet tea. So I was forced to do a diet soft drink. That's okay, I forgave them when I took my first bite of that delicious sandwich. Slightly sweet and a bit spicy with shaved chicken breast with ham and onions...added lettuce and tomato...really good! Hot and messy though. Three-napkins-messy. Finger-lickin' good! Ive been to this location twice while in town for work. Best quality food and service you will get at the mall food court. This is a great place to go for a quick and yummy meal. I especially love their Teriyaki Chicken sandwiches and their loaded French fries. The lemonade is my all-time favorite lemonade that you can get at a restaurant! Their service is always fast and well-mannered. This was my hubby and my first time here and our first impression is the employees have attitude. The gal working the register seemed fairly nice but the girl cooking the food seemed very annoyed and crabby. She wouldn't look up to make eye contact or get anything else besides cooking. My small sandwich had one slice of meat a large only has two paper thin slices of meat. The sandwiches do not look like the sandwiches in the picture on the menu board. We will not return. A decent cheese steak for a mall food court food. They aren't the best but they are fairly fast and fairly reliable as far as flavor. The steak is frozen but the ingredients seem to be prepared daily and are fresh excluding the fries which are frozen. WORST customer service experience I've had in my entire life. All I ordered was a a Philly cheesesteak with no mushrooms, a Dr Pepper, and the bacon cheese fries combo. They asked me if I wanted a strawberry lemonade. I said, "no thanks." The lady kept pressing me to get a strawberry lemonade. I politely said "no thanks." And she all of a sudden forgot how to speak English and started speaking in some thick African accent. She kept interrupting me and asking me if my order was complete. So my order comes out and I'm in a huge rush because it's Black Friday; I look at my food and it has mushrooms on it and the fries are just regular ass fries. Was not impressed at all with the service or the food. For a $14 combo meal, the "ultimate" fries were anything but. First, they were lukewarm. Then the "ultimate" was cheese sauce, bacon bits, and ranch which none seemed of high quality or tasted good. I also ordered a bacon 9 and added mushrooms and onions. There were very little mushrooms and onions on the sandwich. Also, the steak & cheese part was cooked too early while the bacon was cooking. The steak part sat out for around 5 minutes waiting on the bacon and became lukewarm also. There were 4 employees there and all looked miserable, not one smile or semblance of pleasantness among the bunch. Maybe they were all just having a bad day. I hadn't been to Triangle Town Center for awhile, but when I went last week, I decided to try this place for lunch. I've lived in Philadelphia, and am not expecting any cheesesteak joint (particularly one in an NC food court) to match a true Philly Steak. And of course, I was right. But, for the price, I thought Charley's was awesome! I got the chicken cheesesteak and my husband got the original. Really good - and quite inexpensive (less than $5 for the small sandwich). Bread was delicious, and the ingredients were all very fresh. The service is extremely friendly as well. We went back today and had the same great experience. Overall, I'm not a big fan of Triangle Town Center - they've lost so many good stores over the past couple of years - but when I do find myself there, I'll make a point to eat here. read more

I was in town to visit with and spend time with my daughter whom lives in Raleigh NC. I took her to the mall so we could eat and pick up a few things for her birthday. I encountered the worst customer experience of my lifetime while visiting the Charleys at Triangle Town Center. The associate (Danya) was counting money when we approached. She continued to do so without greeting us or setting expectations for approximately three minutes. My daughter and I stood there shocked at the incredelousness of her. When she finally looked up she only asked, "Are you paying with cash or a card" I retorted, "Debit card." She then continued to count money for approximately another 2 minutes before taking my order. I ordered a cheese steak combo with a sweet tea and fries. I received my fries and sandwich but never received my drink. I notified the attending kitchen associate of it. The attending associate in turn notified Danya that we needed a sweet tea. Danya retorted that it was down at the beginning of the line as if she wanted me to come and get it myself. Luckily a kind customer behind me was kind enough to take and bring it to me. I received the drink however without a straw. I asked if I could have a straw to which Danya pointed where the straws were located. The straws were located directly behind the counter whereby I had to reach around. I will never return to an establishment that treats their paying customers so rudely. read more
