The pharmacist claims she "goes above and beyond" for her patients, but that is absolutely not true. I've already reported the issue to my insurance and filed a formal claim against this pharmacy. If you don't mind being treated like you don't matter, then by all means stay with them. As for me, I receive far better customer service at the Fountain Valley location, and that's where I'll continue to go. Rude!

I waited approximately 10 minutes for assistance. I politely tried to get the attention of the manager, who was working in the photo area, but he either did not hear me or chose not to respond. I waited a few more minutes, and still no one came to assist. After repeatedly waiting without help, I raised my voice simply to get someone's attention. Instead of receiving assistance, I was asked to leave the store--despite the fact that there were no cashiers available and no help provided. The store felt like it was running unattended. I have video footage showing how empty the registers were during this time. I do not recommend this Walgreens due to lack of customer service and poor management. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience.

The prescription items I need, such as stimulants and azaleaic acid, are often out of stock. I know that can happen at any pharmacy, so I don't hold that against them. My biggest issue is the service. The pharmacists and pharmacy staff often present as though they dislike their job and the customers. Today I was told by a staff member that an item I needed was not available to order and I had to call other Walgreens to see if it was available. She also stated that she could not transfer my prescription to the other Walgreens pharmacy locations. Imagine my surprise when I finally located my medicine and the staff member at that other location was easily able to retrieve my prescription from this location. I don't know if that staff member was misinformed or simply lazy. Either way, it left a bad taste in my mouth. This is a very frustrating pharmacy location.

I used to love this pharmacy but it has gone extremely down hill and the personnel working at the pharmacy are also extremely rude with absolutely zero customer service. They will promise you a script will be ready, and then when you call back a few hours later, they will say they don't have the medication and it won't be ready for another few days. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Wouldn't be surprised if this place goes out of business soon.

She forced me to repeat myself multiple times and essentially made me yell out the specific medication I needed in a public space, which felt like a massive violation of my privacy. Even after I went and sat down to speak directly with the original pharmacist to sort out the issue, Gaby continued trying to shout things or talk over to me across the room. The pharmacist's excellent customer service AFTER HER was completely overshadowed by Gaby's unprofessionalism and total lack of discretion. I hope management addresses her behavior. Pharmacists went over them and I was good to go. I really wish and regret not coming here sooner. She never explained that the result would look completely different from the photo. I ended up with something nothing like what I asked for and still paid $150 for it. When I expressed my concerns, she said it was "pretty," but that doesn't change that it wasn't what I requested. She offered for me to come back, but after this experience, the trust isn't there. She also required me to pay through Venmo as a Friends payment even though this was a business service, which leaves customers without any protection. If this happens to you, you can report it directly to Venmo, and you can submit concerns about improper business practices through the IRS's public tip form.(IRS Form 3949-A -- Information Referral) Based on my experience, I wouldn't return.
