I recently tried this newly established restaurant and was really impressed. They specialize in fusion skewers cooked over charcoal, and the flavors are amazing. This isn't your typical instant fast-cooked food. Yes, it takes a little time, but the cooking style, temperature, and charcoal preparation allow rich, unique flavors to truly come through in every bite. They're currently in a soft-opening phase, so menu items are prepared based on what's being ordered and may sell out, which actually adds to the authenticity and freshness of the experience. Everything tasted delicious

The food is tasty. I like the favor not so heavy. I will definitely come again.

The food is tasty. I like the favor not so heavy. Although not much choice of skewers, the intestine and the chicken skin are my best choice. I definitely will come again.

The service was really good and friendly (nice cat too), and the skewers were pretty fire. Price is not bad either. Definitely coming again.

Everything was so good!!!! New place, nice experience, food and service all good. I will go back ASAP

They recently opened, and this was our first time visiting. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and tasted very authentic. The beef skewers were cooked to perfection and literally melted in our mouths. It's easily one of my favorite Chinese BBQ spots so far. We went on a Sunday and it wasn't too packed, but I'd definitely recommend visiting asap before the lines start getting long!

Good and friendly service, and probably one of the best skewer places in the 626! Won't put a hole in the wallet!

The beef skewers were perfect, not too salty, just about right. The owners were really nice too.

Not the first time but very satisfied for our most recent visit here…read more It's been a while since we last ate here and we had family dinner as a party of 10, so we were given a private room with 3 hot pots. We had beef, lamb, and pork slices for hotpot which we ordered 5 each per order. We had two pots original and one spicy. The meat slices were very thin so cooking time wasn't long and we paired it with various sauces, so if you make a good sauce it'll be even better. The buffet selection definitely changed, there's more hot foods and they no longer have mini sausages. I do enjoy their char siu and their varieties. Staff were pretty attentive with making sure our tables are cleared and if we need more meat. Since we were in a private room, they still came by to check on us. Overall, I did enjoy this place and would come again! I think not everyone liked how thin the meat was sliced but I'm fine with it. Ice creams costs money as well.

They offer premium and prime options for their AYCE hot pot. Their prime menu was $52.95 and offered 9 different soup bases, 17 meat options, self serve bar filled with veggies, noodles and meat balls, drink stations and ice cream. I got the split pot with sukiyaki and jelly golden chicken broth. The sukiyaki was slightly sweet and full of umami flavor. The jelly golden chicken was flavorful and comforting. You can tell they boil down chicken bones from the chicken fat in the soup. They have 3 meats on the prime menu that were wagyu. All 3 were super tender and required little to no chewing. The abalone were massive and firm yet tender. We got the shrimp paste as well which was flavorful and filled with chunks of shrimp. The veggies were fresh and I enjoyed the variety. My favorites were the crown daisy, spinach, enoki mushrooms and Napa. They even have the sweet potato wide rice noodles that are slimy and chewy. Not a lot of AYCE places have it so it's a rare find. The staff here speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English so ordering was not an issue. They have a small lot in the back with about a dozen spots which wasn't an issue on the week day.

No wait and attentive service. The veggie bar is well stocked with a variety of options. Ordering was easy, pick level of pricing. Bowl type, Soup base and up to 6 meat at a time. The owner was really nice, she helped us take a pic and also took a pic for the photo wall in the back. I had split sukiayki and the mala spicy soup, both good. I also tried the tonkatsu, it was tasty. Meat took some time to come out but seafood is very fresh. The shrimp and mussel from the premium menu is very fresh. The drinks and ice cream are included. I love thrifty ice cream, with Rite Aid gone, I savor every chance I get to have Coconut Pineapple ice cream. I had the canned Herbal Tea and Milk tea, both are very good. The herbal tea was sweet, almost like dates. I will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

There's a decent amount of veggie and meat options. I'm very conscientious of getting more bang for your buck so I look for the lightest weighed items. I'm assuming it's like an assembly line of bowls being cooked in the kitchen in the back. They bring you your cooked hot pot bowl. While you wait, you can make your sauces. They have your basic chopped garlic, cilantro, satay and other sauces. I'm okay with a spicy hot pot but I still want to enjoy my food so I keep it on the mild end. Overall it was a nice experience and a decent spot for a random night of hot pot.

Used to go to the city of industry location more and the place was busy back then during my high school and college days! I came to jazz cat for dinner around 6 pm and there was not many people. We were seated immediately. They now have an AYCE option but we got the à la carte option instead. Service was good and attentive. The servers came to check up on us from time to time and refilled our broths without us asking. The price did increase but it is still a good option for affordable hotpot without feeling the need to purchase AYCE and the added pressure to finish so much food to avoid leftovers. I just wish this place had a sauce bar or something more customizable like other hotpot places. The beef was very tender and soaked flavor nicely. The Japanese Spicy Miso wasn't too spicy but I liked the richness of the broth. The amount of veggies was decent and they even add a little bit of noodles to it!
