The dining room and bar are bright and cheery and decorated for every holiday. The facility is very clean, modern, easy to navigate, and is relatively small so it feels more intimate. Her room and laundry are cleaned weekly. The reception staff is welcoming and maintenance responds promptly to any concerns. The med team is great, very proactive in reaching out with any concerns. I am happy knowing my mom is in a warm, caring, clean, and safe place.

She took my information, Sue, at Bressi Ranch active care and gave it out without my permission. I'm not sure if I could trust this place with my family if I can't trust them with my phone number. I did have the feeling this was going to happen, I got a very bad feeling when she mentioned this place, and said I should call her. I wanted to say to her I would prefer not to. And you should not share my number. I just assumed that a place like this would take a persons privacy into consideration I was so wrong and I'm so annoyed right now. I texted Kathy Ellis back, and I said Sue should not have shared my number and to never contact me again. The PT's and the OT's are all solid and were honest about my dad's recovery which I appreciated. However, I want to give a special shout out to Alexis. She wears many hats at the facility, but she has easily been the best case manager I have worked with. The other part of this facility is the independent living, which is about 3 years old. This place really is beautiful and they have a variety of one and two-bedroom places, and two of the rooms were available for my mom. They have a beautiful pool, movie theatre room, dining area, and the place feels just about the right size and not too large, so it's easy to make friends and not having to walk too far to get anywhere. Maria was a gem, and it looks like she might be moving there. The best place we have looked at so far.

He wasn't a particularly social person, but he was welcomed with politeness by the other residents and was always treated with kindness and respect by each of the staff. This final phase of my father's life was a particularly sensitive time for our family and the staff at Everest truly made this a beautiful experience for us. From our initial tour with Yadi, and Gio's visit to our home to evaluate my dad prior to move-in, I knew Everest would be the ideal fit for our family. We are so grateful for each of the hard-working caregivers, the med techs who were always on-point, the sweet welcome team at the front desk, the efficient dining and cleaning staff, Karie bringing added joy to the community with new activities, plus Sydney and Jill's kind and experienced leadership.
