I took my friends car in for some work on my day off, friendly staff, comfortable seating area,…read more they had the car serviced in the time they said. Very we'll organized at check in. They weren't able to fix it in 1 day and called my friend to get her into a rental so she was not inconvenienced.

Finally got back to the dealership - stood in line for 15 minutes only to find out that I'm in the wrong line. Another 30 minutes waiting OUTSIDE to get my car as I watched 10 other cars drive off. No one inquired why I was still waiting, until I asked what was taking so long. They lost my keys. Error message on dashboard never got resolved. It will be there forever unless I use the dealership for their commission based repairs and/or 5K oil changes for 150.00! After all this waiting, I drove away and noticed after a while the error message came back on. I was on the phone trying to find out why the error message is still there, no resolution . I was in the phone for a total of 3 hours trying to get someone on the phone at the dealership.. Turns out I was talking to offsite call centers - 6 different people couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone at the Tempe dealership.. Finally in the 11th hour of the day I got a phone call from the service manager Brandon because this call center "escalated" to upper management my request for a call back or to get someone to pick up the phone.. Brandon was rushed because he had to go to an appointment. I spent a full Saturday trying to get my car fixed to no avail. I will continue to use Christian Brothers as my primary mechanic. Never will I buy a Toyota again. Apparently, you can reset the Maintenance Required message yourself under the Settings.

They were super easy to work with and there seemed to be a lot of different selections. One thing to be very aware of is that most of the vehicles on their lots are "buybacks". This means that they are cheaper but they could be considered a lemon and it may be hard to sell or have some issues that come down the road. Of course, there could be nothing wrong with it as some states have very lenient return laws so that the buyback could be for the smallest thing. Just make sure you know what you're getting into as you look for your car here. Of course there's nothing wrong and nothing but. Just want to make sure proper information is provide for you yelpies!

Used to work in Tempe, I'm based out of Vegas now. So what am I doing out here? It's a long…read morestory, I was looking at Kia EV6 GT (Red) in Tucson but of course it was sold. I ended up looking at Hyundai Ioniq 5 N (yes the fast version) before stopping here for 2023 Genesis GV60 Performance. Let me just say, this is by far THE BEST experience. I was able to walk in (no appointment needed) and Christian M was able to help me right away. A quick ID scan and he came back just gave me the keys I'm like what?!? I'm not used to this level of customer service. He gave me quick directions for the test drive route and I was able to follow it step by step by myself. I say the only negative about this place is the lot, they have many vehicles and parking/spaces are limited. As for the vehicle, it was nice and I would jump on it if it wasn't a buyback (branded title) Now I already knew this vehicle is branded before stopping by. I wanted to see if I can find out more on the reason why it was a buyback other than charging issue. Sadly the paperwork didn't provide the additional info. Should you get a buyback? That really depends. The price is GREAT no doubt and if you plan on KEEPING the vehicle long term (as the resale value is a lot lower, do a quick check via CarMax or Carvana), don't mind dealing with potential electricial issues (but they should be cover under warranty) But knowing myself I usually don't keep vehicles longer than a few years. Also I would double check your insurance and make sure it doesn't cost extra. And at the time I haven't driven the Kia EV6 GT (the original vehicle I was looking at) so I ended up passing on this. Also wanted to point out they have the lowest Doc fee that I've ran into ($299) here vs other dealers wanted $699. No add-ons, title fee is $19. Very low sales pressure, extremely friendly staff, I would stop by again in the future when I'm looking for another vehicle.
