We are approaching 6 years since remodeling our pool and backyard, and I can say everything still looks as good as the day it was installed. The quality and craftsmanship of Brian's crews is top notch, and the customer support I've gotten over the years has been stellar. I have not had many issues, a couple led lights went out, various questions and service of my filter and salt cell, etc.....each and every time I needed support, Brian's team was always very quick to respond and address my concerns. Considering the quality of their work, and more importantly, the fact that they stand behind it years later, I would still not hesitate to recommend Brian's pool plastering for any of your pool needs!

I'm in the…read morereal estate industry, so I have very high standards when it comes to contractors, and if you've ever worked with contractors before, you know how flaky and unreliable many of them can be. Unfortunately, that was exactly my experience with the first contractor I hired. He failed to deliver, did not meet expectations, and ultimately left the job unfinished. That's when Gabriel truly came to the rescue. From the moment he stepped in, he was professional, patient, and incredibly thorough. I was beyond frustrated at that point, and Gabriel handled everything with calm, understanding, and professionalism. He listened, delivered exactly what he promised, and met my standards perfectly. The final result was absolutely beautiful. My backyard turned out amazing, and I constantly get compliments on it. On top of that, Gabriel went above and beyond by referring me to a designer who helped with the flooring. I was originally planning on pavers, but thanks to his guidance and referrals, we switched to tile, and it was the best decision. Even a year later (yes, I'm very overdue writing this review), Gabriel is still in touch. He recently helped us fix a pump that hadn't been replaced, and once again, he was responsive, helpful, and on top of everything. What I appreciate most is that he doesn't disappear on you. He stands behind his work and continues to support his clients long after the job is done. If you're looking for someone reliable, skilled, patient, and truly committed to quality work, I highly, highly recommend Gabriel. You won't regret it.

Blaine has been easy to work with and even identified issues with my pool as it was new construction. When I had my new pool constructed he repeated the exact instructions the pool company did without knowing it. That is usually a really good sign because neither had conflicting requests. He was able to get our system up and running and working fantastic. We are trusting him with quite an intense pool with a baja shelf, flagstone, black pebble, and flagstone caps. I am sure it is probably one of the hardest pools to keep clear and maintained and its always crystal clear. He is always pretty responsive with my texts and phone calls and really nice to deal with.

I will let this exchange speak for itself:…read more Blaine, What you report below was never communicated to me in any way-- not via email, in person with a tech, nor in a phone call. You're stating all of this to me as if you had communicated this, which you had not. Your tone is also clearly quite rude, as in "this is not on us", which again refers to issues that you had never apprised me of. You said that you have "addressed" the issue -- but nowhere below did you actually do so. All of this is verifiable. I don't even understand what expenses exactly you're referring to since you've never told me exactly what the issues are. Moreover, you initially said that there is a lack of power and now you're saying the heater not working is due to normal wear and tear - I'm not sure how these are connected, what the diagnosis is, or what your recommendation is exactly as to next steps. All of this is documented below. This is frankly abusive and you should be aware that I'm going to post about this on Yelp and Google and anywhere else I can, such as instagram, LinkedIn where I have thousands of followers, and elsewhere. I'm going to simply copy-paste what's below and let this exchange speak for itself. Are you the owner of this company? If so, what a shame. If not, it would be in that person's best interest to contact me tomorrow. Consider my service cancelled. Sent from my iPhone On May 21, 2023, at 6:08 PM, Blaine Staffieri Hi, you contacted us May 5th 2023 for the heater not working which we have addressed. Your equipment is old and sun rotted. We can not change age or the power of natural fiberglass breakdown. All the current issues are all based on age of your equipment, weather, sun, and previous service. We retain all service records for a reason, proof of completion. I understand, you have some large expenses on your plate that need to be addressed. But, this is not on us. Natural breakdown of equipment and we can not speak on behalf of the last 15-20 years of service. Any additional questions or concerns please let me know. Thank you. This issue was not present before this service started; I'm not necessarily attributing the problem to your service, but I am concerned. Moreover, I am concerned that I haven't gotten any substantive update when I contacted you about this on May 5. Everything I have noted here is factual and verifiable. Please let me know what exactly you are going to do about this and by when so I can decide how to proceed with your service and if this is something I think that potential new customers should be made aware of (eg via Yelp). I am quite frustrated at this point by the lack of clarity and follow-up on your end here, which again is verifiable via this thread.
