The owner apologized and said he would be sure to get gluten free soy sauce asap. I ordered the Green Peace roll without the sweet chili sauce (contains gluten), salmon sushi (2 pieces), and tuna avocado roll. All and all I was very impressed with the quality of the fish. It was very fresh! The cuts were also well done. I thought the rice was a bit heavy on the rolls and just a tad too sticky. Produce was very fresh & presentation great on the Green Peace roll. All & all delicious...although missing the umami of soy sauce. Prices were very reasonable and comparable to other restaurants of similar quality. Our server always made sure our waters were filled and was very attentive. Food came out quickly! As someone who is gluten free, I'm not sure I will come back often, as I can find more variety at other sushi restaurants nearby.
