8 oz. Chips & Cheese Dip, very good but kind of pricey
    Mandy B.

I found this place on Yelp and looked up the menu and was so excited to try. Then we rolled up and realized it's attached to a Marathon gas station! Lol! But the food is really good and fresh! I ordered the street tacos, 1 chicken, 1 steak, and two birria. All of them were outstanding! We will be back for sure! If you are a local to this place, I would be ordering carry out all time!

Victors Taco shop is right next to the marathon gas station so instead of grabbing junk from the gas station I decided to give this place a try. I'm so happy I did!! I ordered the steak torta with fries, it was about $10-$12 I think. The torta is pretty big and there's a decent amount of fries so it's more than worth the price. The best part was it tasted amazing! I typically don't like guacamole and I forgot to tell them not to put it but it went so well with the torta I didn't mind it. It's a small shop, there are a couple of booths and tables to sit at. The workers were friendly and my food was ready in less than 10 mins.

This place is great! It's attached to a gas station but has a separate entrance too. I'm so glad we stopped. It's family owned and really good food. The portions are huge, price is reasonable. The people were very friendly. It's smallish inside but has several booths if you choose to eat in.

It's was ok 5/10 roll Taquitos and my daughter had taco steak it was over season too salty.

Don't over season the steaks. And the service was ok just a little small taco place thought it was authentic bit the sauce was not.

This location is part of the Marathon Station. With 3 booths and counter ordering. I would rate Victor's is a solid 4- 4.5 stars. My birrea tacos were fantastic! Lotsa queso plus a generous amount of meat, cilantro and onion. Each bite was full of flavor. The verde sauce was mild and I debated if it enhanced the flavor or took from it. The consume was not my favorite. The broth was heavy on cinnamon leaving it to taste more like Skyline chili than birrea consume I've had in the past. The consume was also lacking meat, cilantro and onion. There was some but not much. Hubs ordered the chicken nachos possibly called Super Nachos. He doesn't like queso (I cant explain) so he orders extra shredded cheese. The nachos were generously topped with refried beans, chicken, pico, jalapenos, and of course cheese. No salsa. Sadly, the chips were stale. That ruined the meal for him. He agreed to try Victor's again next time that we are in the area but he will not make a special trip again. And the water was off. Not quit well but also not city water. Not a deal breaker but next time....

Solid 4-4.5. Came into drop off dry cleaning and saw Victors taco shop. I'm always open to trying new places and especially taco places. Menu is fairly extensive. Indoor seating is 3 booths so probably a place to carry out rather than dine in. We tried the carnitas, grilled chicken and veggie tacos. The grilled chicken was flavorful. The carnitas could have used just a touch more seasoning but still good. Veggie taco was basic. I do wish they had a couple of more vegetarian options. The salsa that accompanies the tacos was spicy, so good! . Will definitely come back to try more of the menu.

I had the vegetable tacos. It was 2 for about $7. The tacos were really small. It came in a foil container which helped catch the fillings that were falling out. The avocado slice was good but not as good as guacamole would have been. I would get something from Mojo TaGo if hungry. It's not a favorite truck of mine to seek out. The tacos were much better than fast food though.

He made me a refreshing and flavorful Strawberry Basil Margarita in a mason jar, from the specialty drinks menu. I chose 3 tacos: Catfish Po'Boy, Kung Powell Shrimp, and Grilled Fish. I ate the Po'Boy first, which essentially ruined the other two for me because it was far better. I wanted to choke down two more Po'Boy tacos. Um, next time. I got an order of Avocado Salsa and Chips to go; I used to get this from the truck when I worked downtown and know how delicious it is. The place is about 20 minutes from my work, but it is worth the drive. Keep in mind the tacos are small for $3, but they are filled with quality ingredients. The space itself is funky and comfortable. When you enter, the takeout counter is clearly marked to order there, or to dine-in, proceed to the dining room which has several tables, as well as bar seating. I was the only person who dined in during my hour long visit, but someone came in to order takeout and I heard the takeout employee tell him he would bring it over shortly, then saw him walk the order over (I am assuming to a neighboring business). I recommend it if you are in the area for lunch or dinner.

Adults are $25 each, and children may eat for free for every adult partaking in the same buffet. Each adult buffet scores you *one* free child buffet. The quality of the spread is decent however I wouldn't be writing home about it anytime soon. The sausage links were on the hot tray for too long and hence were pretty dried out. The pop and juicy insides we have come to expect were alas long gone by the time we arrived! The eggs were a little well done but I happen to like well done scrambled eggs so I was more than ok with that. The hash brown lacked the crispy crusty bits and was more like a buttery cooked potato dish; reminds me of the insides of a creamy potato cake (if you can imagine one -- oh yea, a hash brown!). The side of creamy potato mash was pretty good too! I don't know what a shrimp alfredo was doing there but I had a bit and it was ok. I preferred the flavor profile of it's neighbour, the shrimp fajita, but it was a little dried out and overcooked. From the dessert plate, the churro was the best of the lot while the tres leches, chocolate, and flan were ok. Here's where you have to score and see if there is value in this for you. Personally, I am decades past my college binge-eating days and I have no wish to "eat my money's worth." The quality of the food for the quantity I would have liked to stop at (I must admit I overdid it with the dessert plate) didn't justify a $25 expense. I can get myself filled with a better quality of food for less than that at many other dining spots. If you have a hungry kid (or two) with you, I guess it makes financial sense because you save on the additional $10-12 you would have spent per child on an a la carte breakfast anywhere else.
