The service was perfectly friendly, quick, and efficient. It was the food that was only ok. The prices for lunch specials were really reasonable. The fried dumplings had a nicely flavored filling but they were a bit doughier than I prefer. The hot and sour soup had a good kick but it didn't have the typical mushrooms and tofu I find from other places. The General Tso's chicken was marked as spicy on the website but lacked any real spice. I just started going there (June 2025) been there a few times and its great. Wife and i ordered our favorites there three times now and each time was a winner. We've never been disappointed with our food from here and during COVID I swear it's even better!! This is the only place we order Chinese from. Your food is always ready in 10 or 15 minutes and is always piping hot. Our go to favorites are steamed dumplings, wonton soup, sweet and sour chicken and the beef green curry. The flavors are consistent and never disappoint and the food always tastes fresh. They took extra precautions during COVID setting up 'barriers' and the like when you go in to pick up. read more

Hands down this is the best Chinese food we've had in the Syracuse area! I highly recommend the Hunan chicken, dumplings, and a house special called double delight. The sauces are delicious and the vegetables amazing. We couldn't believe how packed the dinners were with a mix of fresh vegetables. We decided to try this place out as we are new to the area. The General Tso chicken we ordered extra crispy and extra spicy and it was the best we've ordered in the N.Syracuse/Liverpool area to date! We also ordered the Crab Rangoon as an appetizer (it wasn't the best we've had), I'd say it was mediocre but still tasted good nevertheless. Many places do not follow through with special requests ie extra crispy & spicy but they had no issues and nailed it! We'll definitely be returning customers. First time ordering from this place and it will be my last. I've always ordered from my local Asian restaurant but decided to try a new place. I ordered chicken wings, sesame chicken combo and eggrolls. The wings were good, but I've had better. The sesame chicken combo was alright, the pork fried rice had no flavor at all. The eggrolls were very dark and tasted horrible. An hour after eating some of the food I could bare to eat, I ended up having diarrhea for the entire day. My friends and I stopped by for a quick lunch on our way to Toronto. Like all Chinese rest. It's fast and quick. Hence: fast food. I ordered chicken n broccoli and a few appetizers. I was hungry... Everything was actually pretty good. I enjoyed the chicken n broccoli mostly cus fried food is, well fried food. With that said, if I ever happen to travel pass this place I would definitely make a quick stop here for lunch or dinner. Also combos are real cheap conpmared to nyc prices. I went in this evening and ordered a sm hot and sour soup and an order of shrimp toast. Glad I didn't spend more than the six and change I did spend. The shrimp toast was put into cold oil and all it did was soak up a lot of oil. Horrible : ( Hot and sour soup had no heat and no sour...very very bland. And to top it off, the chef was prepping something, it looked like ground pork. He was standing next to a sink filled with dirty water with floating bowls in it. As he was stirring, some went into the sink. He scooped it out and put it back into the bowl with the other ingredients. So unsanitary. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THIS STORE. On my recent Saturday evening foray to this place I was more than greatly disappointed. When entering no one actually acknowledged us but my sister took the menu and circled what we wanted. We gave to the woman who finally appeared at the counter and she also checked off what we ordered. When our order was ready she took (2) spring rolls that were sitting already made and sitting out with a pile of them and for a few seconds dropped them in oil (no sizzle noise, nothing as it must have been not a hot temp) then put in paper sleeves and put in the bag. We paid and when we got home she didn't give us our whole order. sigh. I called and told her she left out the item and she didn't say anything but acted as if we were calling in a take out order. Foolishly I thought that going back for this (it was a main part of my meal) she would apologize. NOPE. And she charged me again for the order - which actually she should give me as she left it out and I had to DRIVE BACK. As I didn't have the receipt I just left. The food is NOT good and the "service with attitude" is not appreciated. Not sure how they stay in business. Won't go again and advise the same to anyone contemplating it. read more
