Score! I also saw Snypex on Amazon. But I only saw a few reviews and decided to see where they were located and I was shocked to see how close they had a store to me. So I go in to check these out in person and the products feel really high end, and the coolest part to me is this thing called the x-wing universal adapter so I can connect my phone to the binoculars to take pictures and videos, which means I don't have to purchase a camera :-) I am really into nature and I can't wait to go practice some yoga outside, pack my binoculars, and document the beautiful emerging Spring. They know that they are in this community for a reason. Although they didn't have the dress shoe laces, they tried hard to get me what I needed and not try to sell me something that I was not looking for. The also apologized for not the having the laces. I kind of suspected that they would not because the store is strickly casual. One area of improvement would be, gettydress shoe laces so that the can better serve their customers and have missed sales opportunities.... He helped my daughter and I get shoes for my nephew's graduation. He was polite, profesional and new how to treat a customer.
