These are some of the most professional and friendliest people in the business, Trevor is very knowledgeable patient and very helpful, as soon as you walk in you'll notice how clean and organized the shop is, not just guns pistols and rifles they have many accessories, gun safes gear bags, everything that you would need to go to the range, They even offer fishing license as well, they were very helpful in getting the paperwork done for firearms that I purchased online, their prices are very reasonable they have all the bullets that you would need in stock, and they don't have limits on purchasing bullets read more

Dudes are cool af. Very knowledgeable, in and out quick. Thanks guys for all ur help.

Man these guys in there were cool as anything, really down to earth, walked in told them what I was looking for something simple, not crazy, nothing professional, could have easily sold me the most expensive coolest looking gun in there, needless to say... bro bought me to the pre owner section and was like this is all you need brother and I didn't even bring up price, he even told me to not rush and go home and think about it, hands down best experience shopping I've had in a long long time, lay back cool, respectful, down to earth both guys I met in there were just real people persons not pushing to make a sale, I would recommend anyone to goto this place simply based on their communication, knowledge and willing to work with the customers best interest in mind, like a said I walked in, never mentioned a budget and they had my best interest in mind from the very start! Keep up the good work gentlemen. read more

Great spot. Large selection. Always willing to offer advice. Doing a great job balancing Covid and the extremely high demand of firearms.

Words can't describe how amazing this place is. Trevor is great to work with showed me everything I came in to see and more. Coming here triggered the same feeling as a kid in a candy store just with guns and ammo. Couldn't be any happier with my experience and my purchase. read more

Had high hopes for this shop and would love to support a local owned business but man is it tough... 1st off the 3 stars are for The Cashier (won't name names but you know who you are ) who is about the most helpful and knowledgeable person in the shop I had a chance to interact with, SP selection of Handguns and Rifles is top notch , However a majority of the AR type rifles are not able to be purchased by Persons other than LE and the Handgun selection is extensive with many current updates and New Gens but good luck with help selecting one .... now let's go right to the negative ... Upon asking to see a firearm and producing a valid LE ID , It was as if I was bothering the older person who was reacting to my questions as if he couldn't be bothered. Def not a sales person .. add to the nasty / I couldn't Give to Flying " You know what's " .. the prices are way over on all firearms , anywhere else and on internet you will save. Lastly I would have loved to support a local Business , one who has a sign that says " We support Police" but unless you get the person at the register , when you enter and even show your ID , you get a nasty grumpy old person who doesn't want to answer questions and who I would bet money has no prior LE history and doesn't know how to treat "Brothers in Blue".... Sorry SP , I'll head 15 minutes south to South shore or Hunter .. Will never go back ! read more

I waited about 45 minutes to come in. I get it; you guys are busy and there's "social distancing" going on. You tried to sell me an expensive rifle, and would not explain any other alternatives. When I didn't want to impulsively buy it, you acted irate. Your enthusiasm to sell to me was comparable with one's desire to see the dentist. I then looked up some information on my phone, because you didn't want to clearly explain anything. You became angrier knowing that I could see that the rifle was marked up 500 dollars from the MSRP. I understand that a retail location has more overhead, but 500 dollars over MSRP is just taking advantage of the times we're living in. You're no better than the people who hoard and mark up N95 masks. I was only in the store for 5 minutes. You offered no other solutions, or little explanation as to why I should put a large amount of money down for the recommended model. You stated the recommended model may (or may not) be back in stock any time soon. You just wanted to close a sale and rush me out the door. You just acted like an elitist, and short-fused know-it-all. It was clearly conveyed that if I didn't buy it, then somebody else would. You were involved in a shouting match with a coworker across the store. Is this a business or a daytime TV talk show? This displays a total lack of professionalism. I think you would also be apprehensive to give a large amount of money to a business whose employees can't even go into a back room to iron out their differences. A total lack of cohesiveness. You guys appeared as nothing more than emotionally volatile, and very unorganized fools making a joke out of yourselves in front of present customers. I was ready to buy, but am now taking my business elsewhere. This is no way how to treat people. I'm not some guy with improper credentials who was just going to waste your time. Just because you have a gun on your hip, and access to guns doesn't make you some kind of tough guy, tier one tactical expert, or give you the right to degrade people in a safe, and controlled environment. There's people out there who've reluctantly [and most likely] been in crazier situations than you could ever dream of, and don't walk around with a chip on their shoulder like the world owes them. I had a few simple questions. You acted condescending, and standoffish. Maybe today wasn't your day? We all have bad days. But, don't take it out on your customers. Your attitude is horrendous, your products are overpriced, and you're not the only game in town. read more

I called there to simply ask some vital questions in a time of uncertainty as to not waste my time or theirs in just showing up at their door. Whoever answered the phone was completely RUDE! He just hung up on me 30 seconds into our conversation. I will be going elsewhere to spend my money. I know in this climate these rude so called business men are cashing in, but things will get better and I will be sending all my business elsewhere, and anyone else i can get to listen will be doing the same! read more

Went in a few days ago looking for a specific brand, after being shown every other brand of firearm, I finally got more specific and went with the original brand and now a specific model. That's when the car salesman approach started and I was shown this gun and that gun.... all with big price tags. This was the 3rd time in there and the last. If you don't have what I'm looking for, it's cool, but don't try to unload your expensive inventory on me, especially when I say I'm not interested. read more

On 8/15/2020 I was quoted $1499 for a rifle(mini 14 ruger ranch 5805) by their worker named John, However, their employee Trevor charged $1549(spent a total of more than $1800 at that store) to my credit card. I called and spoke to Trevor to have the error corrected and he said John must have been wrong on the price and they refused to correct the mistake. I wrote a review on google to outline my negative experience. Later John called and left a voice mail on my cell phone asking me to call him back. However, after leaving the message on my cell phone voicemail while trying to hang up he left the line open and could be heard making a vulgar racial slur directed at me and proceeded to discuss my complain with someone else. Besides that horrible experience, their prices are heavily inflated. The rife they were selling has a manufacturer MSRP of about $1076 but they were selling it for $1499. I bought it anyway because it is sold out everywhere. Needless to say would not recommended this place to anyone. read more
