Since I only ordered 2 larges out of 15 shirts in the order, I called Gary back to request that he reprint those shirts in a different size, since the shirts were unwearable. Without hesitation, he rudely told me he will not do anything about the shirts. He told me he can not, and will not, make all of his customers happy and I have to deal with it. I told him that this product shouldnt even be sold since the fit is so terrible. He replied by telling me he doesnt sell these shirts to anyone else. Why wouldnt he tell me that before I ordered them!?! Basically, he knew there was an issue with this shirt and chose to sell it to me anyway. Very rude and completely unprofessional. I would never use them again. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

They were just making jokes with the two. Then the employees (1 male, 1 female) began playing explicit music and having personal conversations. They were saying the N word repeatedly and even talking about things customers would take offensive. This is very sad and makes Lids look terrible. I've never experience this at any other Lids.
