There hours are 10-9 Mon- Sat and 10-7 on Sun, seasonal changes apply. I didn't buy anything but sometimes it's good to window shop to see what kind of discount and sales you may score. They do have restrooms located in specific spots outside of the restaurants and store, do don't go thinking that you can use restroom inside a place that you visit. Parking is plentiful so park, walk over to the outlets grab a map, mark your starting point on the map and shop away. Pro tip - if you get the Phili cheesesteak, you might want to ask for extra meat. The in-store selection seemed to be a bit dry, with the item I purchased needing to be shipped. I really liked a lot of the ladies there as they were always so helpful but i noticed that they are gone now and the same manager is still there. I realized that the manager is a little hostile with the girls that work for the store and that could be the reason for the constant staffing change. I was extremely uncomfortable when i witnessed the manager speaking Poorly of some of the staff to another worker and in front of the customers. That is not acceptable in my work place so I'm not sure how it flies in your business. My two daughters and I waited in line for over an hour on Monday 7/13/20. It was a hot day and I said to my daughter "she let everyone else stand near the door..." in which the salesgirl or manager muttered something under her breath and then walked over to whisper to the girl at the cash register. We finally went into the store. My younger daughter (11 years old) was looking around. We finally purchased some items... at the counter the girl who rang us up was curt with us as well. When we exited the store my younger daughter told me that one of the employees (female) had looked at her and said "who F****d up these t-shirts?" Wow!!!!!! horrible and to a child. It's bad enough to stand in lines and try to social distance to then be treated like total crap when you enter a store. Never again. Will contact corporate as well!
