Cindy did a great job she remembered me and was able to make my short nails look fabulous just in time for spring. Thank you Cindy. The mood at creative nails is always cheerful and helpful to customers. They offer various types of services. So far I have not seen them turn down a client or say they are too busy. I recently requested a pedicure and manicure for both my husband and myself at the Champlain location. My husband had never had either. Our experience was wonderful, with him stating he would definitely return, yay! Kathy, the owner is friendly and bends over backwards to please her customers. If you are looking for good service, clean shop, and friendly staff this is your place to receive all of it. I also recently had my eyebrows waxed and my friend had upper lip and eyebrows waxed. When I was in the shower on Weds I noticed they came off when I pulled off my scrubby mist. What the Helly. Now I'm going out of town & I can't have two broken nails. So I drove all the way to Fresno to have Bao repair them. It's customary to have manicurists, nail techs to stand behind their work. Especially if it's less than a week. The older lady who doesn't have an ounce of pleasant customer service didn't agree. $10 for two nail repairs. Now while I'm here I thought I would get an eyebrow wax. I have a machine at home & I use a hard wax. Here is a different story & I should have asked. The lady does the wax at her nail station in the back. Going back & forth between the booth and the room with the wax warmer. She used the old school fabric strips, trimmed the brow and pluck surrounding areas. Now, I know my brows were unkept for some days because I have been working a lot. So when I ran my finger underneath my brow, I asked her "You got the wax right here." Yes, I did. Me: ""No, I don't think you did because I still feel some hairs. Can you go over these areas here?" I asked. Her: "No, I can't go over two times, I will kill you." And she began to clean up. So I said, "Wow you're not going to do it?" Ok see next time, I'll do it myself. So when it came time to pay, she charged me $25. $15 for the wax that was way too sloppy & quick and $10 for the repair. When I asked if the repairs were free since I was here last week. She abruptly cut me off and said, "No, it's not." See this is what I get for being lazy. I had to deal with this, non-customer service. This lady is rude, rude, rude. Always an excuse on why she can't give what the customer wants. Time for find a new place & from now on, I'll do my own waxing. No one does a better job than yourself.
