I drove it back to Discount Tire and they said my wheel well had gotten folded over with the "wind" what wind since we had not had any severe storms or windy days but that was their story. A few days later it started making the same noise so I took my car to my dealership. They said the bolts in my wheel well had been removed and it was loose and was rubbing on my new tires. My car only get serviced at the car dealership except for when I bought the new tires so for some reason Discount Tires had removed the bolts in my wheel well and not replaced them. Then a few months later my low tire pressure light was on so I went to Discount Tire to have them check the pressure and add air. There was a line of cars all the way back to Galloway waiting for this service. I had been waiting in line for at least 25 minutes (we had to leave a break to allow cars to pass through on the roadway going the other direction but there was clearly a line) a car zoomed up passed every one and cut in line. People honked and the car she cut in front of went up to them. Then they started letting other cars that were entering through the parking lot cut in front of them! About that time a Discount Tire employee came out and came to my car. He asked me to loop around to make the line come from the opposite direction and he would have everyone follow suit so we wouldn't be blocking the roadway. So I told him I would but he needed to make the cars that cut in line and I told him which ones cut move to the back of the line. He said he would take care of it. I looped around like he asked. The cheaters were still in line but I thought maybe they were boxed in. When the lines moved up did they leave the line? No. They stayed in line. He had not made them leave! With the addition of the cheaters I was going to be waiting at least a hour (I know that sounds like an exaggeration but the line was long!) so I left. I'll just go to the dealer where I know I get great service. Do not trust these people to touch your cars!

While there, they identified one of my four tires that was severely worn on the inner side of the tread. I ended up getting two new tires and will buy two more in the near future. No could I have gotten the TMS sensors replaced somewhere else cheaper. Probably. But when it comes to tires, their prices are pretty hard to beat. Overall, I was happy that my issue with the TMS was resolved and happy with the installation of my two new tires. Most of all, they go my car right in and got me back on the road quickly.

If there was…read moreanother tire shop nearby that sold a variety of tires with a warranty of some kind I would be there quicker, but unfortunately this is where we have to go. We have bought several sets of tires for different vehicles in the household. Every single time I go in for just the rotation covered under the warranty they try to sell me a new set with the set on the car being less than a year old, make it make sense! Also if you stand behind your company, shouldn't you stand behind your product you sell? When I buy a full set I'm not looking for the cheapest I'm looking for quality which could be the top one could be the middle of the line. So why is it the tires don't last even a year after having the recommended rotation done every 5000 miles! Just annoying when you purchase the so called warranty and it not to cover anything.
