Though i was a walk-in they make you feel comfortable and welcome right away. Of course there'll be a wait time, but it's very reasonable. Samuel did great work on my Tattoo(very simple and swift), and i was asked questions as to placement and size and look so i felt like he was careful and attentive to what i wanted. The Waiting time is Ridiculous. They need more Tattooist in there shop. It's poor Business to have someone wait to get a Tatt, then tell the person after waiting for over an hour that you're booked and to comes back a week from the day. They need a Receptionist to ASSIST the people as they come in that way They are not waisting an hour or more to be told to come back. Thats Poor Business. And the Prices are RIDICULOUS. read more

I love this tattoo parlor. As a person who has 10 tattoos this parlor has given me my favorite one till this day. Rocem took my concept, and put his own twist on it, and I am very pleased with the outcome and the healing of the tattoo. I have also had piercings from Monkey which have all healed very good. The place is very sanitary, reasonably priced in my opinion the best price around, staff were very professional and laid back. I will definitely be returning to Champion tattooing for more ink in the near future. read more

If I could give 0 starts I would. I'll save you the time and say GO TO HECTORS ! This place claim you need a Legal Guardian but yet I know dozens of people who have gotten piercings at this place who are under the age of 18 with no guardian. I went with my brother (who is over the age of 25) and they wanted legal proof he was my actual brother. Mind you I've been here with my friend to get a belly piercing and they didn't question her about having a guardian at all. At the end of the day, i did NOT get the piercing because they didn't believe he was my brother. This whole scenario could've been prevented if they ACTUALLY had their business organized. read more

I went with my friend and her mother to get her first tattoo. The tattoo artist was extremely rude. Her mother was asking questions about the tattoo as she was curious as to how it was going to look. The artist got offended and said how she was criticizing him and proceeded to argue with her. Afterwards, my friend who was getting tatted was asking him questions about the pain of getting a tattoo because this will be her first. He started to be snotty saying it was a tattoo and if she wanted it she'll sit through it. He was just completely disrespectful with a disgusting attitude. But as far as the tattoo. Went there during my lunch break to have my. Use ring changes out after another piercer placed one that was too small. Was in a pain so I needed it done asap. Here's where it starts: paper sign in the door said the return time would be 2:30. It was already 1:45. Fine. Walked to the local mall, window shopped and ate until 2:25. Walked back to the shop, still closed. 2:45, three people finally show up to reopen the shop. I had to ask if it was okay to follow them up since no one said anything. Reply was dry, but we were all allowed up (mind you, several others had begun to show up). Sat in the waiting area for what felt like an eternity before a young lady basically drew someone out after several knocks/attempts (btw, her ink had begun to fade from a recent job fine by one of the artist's there). Finally, the guy began to address us and I told him that I needed my piercing switched out. His reply was that the piercer wasn't there that say, soooooooooo basically I wasted an 1 1/2 waiting for nothing. Luckily, I'm. It getting fired because my boss is very chill. Couple of things wrong: everyone should not eat at once. Someone should run the shop. Also, nothing advertised stated the piercer would be there on certain days only. Problem with this area is that they are truly the only place within walking distance. No local competition so they are used to their customers waiting in them instead of vice versa. I, on the other hand, went to W4th after work were there's many reliable shops to choose from and went to my fav spot. I wanted to avoid traveling to The Village since it was a simple earring change out buuuuuuuut I guess I should had went there from the very beginning. I will never come back to Champions. read more

I got my belly button pierced. The piercing itself was healthy but I noticed that mine was higher up than where it is supposed to be. I thought it would take some time to settle and when it didnt I went back to the store to see what was up. I saw a license above the station where I got it and assumed the name belonged to the woman doing the piercing. When I was asked who did it I was told no one by that name works here(more rudely but self explanatory). I was told that I messed it up somehow. If you ask me I really dont think anyone has the capability to mess up the entry and exit point of a piercing. The two woman who I talked to were very rude and kept bringing the conversation back to how I messed it up. I was told to come back to get it redone but I definitely will not. Champion should just stick to tattoos. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they were clean. The technique and attitude of the staff needs to change. read more
