My artist, Shane, made sure to give me the best tattoo by paying close attention to detail and customizing the design the way I wanted her to. She had me sign a waiver form while she got my stencil ready, confirmed placement and alterations after applying, and got to work. Would not come back here. Had 3 Tattoos done by Shane...2/3 were rushed. She's an amazing artist but always over booked. I came in for a tattoo (on time) she was finishing up with a client & I was stuck waiting an hour. It cut into MY appointment time .. & when I requested my tattoo to be a little bigger she said, "okay, but I will have to charge more because it will cut into the next clients time." Meanwhile ... the client before me cut into my time. The tattoo looks rushed and nothing like I wanted...she rushed it and you can tell. I felt bad even asking her to make changes due to her demeanor. I will be traveling upstate to get it covered up. I came in for a tattoo by Tank which started to fade before a month. I let him know, & we had conflict with timing schedules to get it touched up, but he never responded to me. Amazing prices And everyone is really nice...but you get what you pay for. I will not be coming back here for any of my future pieces. Art on your body takes time and patience, I don't feel like that's offered at this shop and I need that for something that will be on my body forever. read more

If you're looking to be robbed of your money, discriminated against and denied service part way through getting a tattoo, the Villain Tattoo parlor is the place for you. The name, Villain Tattoo suits this parlor extremely well, considering they stole my money. For a woman who hasn't had many tattoos, the least I expected out of my experience was to be treated with professionalism. When I arrived to my appointment, there was no waiver signed at the beginning to acknowledge I may experience dizziness or fatigue (not to mention I wasn't IDed), so when I passed out during my tattoo, the tattooer, Shane, had little to zero knowledge on how to handle the situation. She immediately made me feel like it was my fault and that this is something that normally doesn't happen with clients. She treated me as if I had done something wrong, like had been drinking or abused drugs (before my appointment I asked her if it was okay to vape to calm my nerves and she said okay, so I did). After all this happened, she exclaimed she didn't feel comfortable continuing my tattoo that evening and would finish it the next day. She made me walk out of the shop with an unfinished tattoo and kept my money! I understand that there is a standard fee for breaking out tattoo equipment, but to have kept the extra money I had given, is just morally wrong. Later that evening, I had done some google searching and was advised to disclaim any medication you might be on to your artist. Why I wasn't asked this before my appointment? I do not know. These are questions that artists should know to ask before starting a tattoo. Anyways, I decided to messaged her and explained how I'm on daily medication for prescription pills. Without even asking me what kind, she immediately discriminated against me and denied me any more service or refund. Her excuse was liability issues but here's a thought, have all clients sign a liability waiver. Apparently this is what most tattoo parlors do but not this one. I was extremely upset. I did not want to walk around with an unfinished tattoo. How could an artist make a client do such a thing? I had felt like I was in the wrong for all of this, but when I asked other tattoo parlors what their opinion was, they said it's completely normal for a client to pass out, and wouldn't have denied a client service unless the client did not want to continue. They also said it shouldn't matter what kind of prescription drug you're on, unless its a blood thinner or something that effects blood flow. I now realize I was dealing with amateur tattoo artists, especially her manager, who was just as clueless on how to handle the situation, just like her employees. read more

I have to say, I was amazed by the job that was done on my tattoo! Walked in one day with a friend and she was getting a tattoo. I sat and waited while she consulted with the tattoo artists, now I usually don't sit down in places I'm not familiar with, but this place had a different vibe. It was eccentric, jazzy, clean, and it felt comfortable. Needless to say I looked through the books and found a beautiful picture and I automatically asked for a price and started the process the following week. The end result was amazing! Took about a month to complete, 2 different sessions. The first was the actual outline tracing, and the second we finished the whole tattoo. I was in love. I went back for some add'l work a few months later, and I owe you guys a visit! I recommend this parlor, you won't regret it! read more

I went here for a tattoo a few months back. I was overcharged AND the tattoo artist freelanced some shading on my piece. I did not ask for the extra shading nor did he let me know he was be shading so dark that months after my tattoo is healed most people don't even know what It is. I wanted to see Lexi because she did an amazing tattoo on me before, but she was booked so I had to settle for someone else. He told me the tattoo would look lighter after peeling but that is not the case. I should go back to ask to add some white lines or something to bring my dandelion to life ( even though I'm sure they will charge me out the ass ) but overall I'm just super disappointed because I know the tattoo would've looked amazing if he had just did what I asked and ONLY that. It wasn't bad work, just not what I asked for. Months later the dandelion isn't recognizable in my opinion. read more

Best piercing experience I've ever had. I had one of my body piercings redone and my second hole in my ears done by a lady named lovely. She was very patient with me and talked me through the entire piercing. She also gave me cleaning supplies for my new piercing.
