She covers the tattoo bed with a plastic cover and changes it for each client (I witnessed this at the Tattoo Expo as well). It was a bit of a cold reception at first but they were very gentle and took care to make sure what I wanted was possible. The studio is fairly clean. The only negative is that they use piercing guns. Big yikes but Im glad they honored my request to go with needles for the ears. Otherwise had a good visit.
