i usually love this place, it's cheap and generally reliable but my most recent experience was bad. they said they didn't have proper jewelry which should've been my sign to leave. i got my lip pierced and they gave me the wrong jewelry, one with a ball on the inside rather than a flat back and it's curved rather than a stud. i asked about it too and she waved me off and i was like ok ur the professional. my gums have been bothering me a bit after getting it done so i decided to call a different shop and they confirmed my suspicions that they gave me improper jewelry. they also pierced my friends with butterfly backs instead flat backs which they don't normally do. if you don't have proper jewelry don't give ppl piercing like wtf. oh and they didn't id me which seems to be a common theme in reviews but every other time i've gone i've been asked to show id. read more

i went there to get an industrial and my second lobe piercings done around a month ago.. my loves have healed perfectly fine but my industrial on the other hand not so much. i think the lady that was doing it was new or something but 1- they didn't check to see if i had the right anatomy until i asked them to check, no walk through of the process and they didn't tell me how to actually clean it so make sure you have done ur research. the prices are very good but for $15 more you could go to a piercer that you can trust. my industrial is super inflamed even though i have been cleaning it and not sleeping on it. also the ball fell out around 2 weeks after. i dont think they used titanium bc my bar is tarnishing a bit... if you go here please be cautious. read more

Well.. The prices are unbeatable. But definitely not recommended if you're new to piercings. I came in to get a snake eyes piercing two weeks ago and he insisted on not doing it until he got more practice, two weeks later I come in ready to get my piercing , no reassurance but just cold gestures and attitude the entire process. He told me to clean my mouth and everything seemed sterile, but you can sense the attitude and no walk-through of any procedure. I have an update on the double tragus piercing I got for $30. He basically put in nose ring hooks in my ear so they were constantly catching on one another. I did some research and my ear was supposed to have to have to straight bars in it. I went to get them changed and the woman told me THEY WOULD NEVER HEAL and my ear would start to grow over the gem ends which was already happening. So that's something. She ended up changing the bottom to a longer bar with a ball end and had to leave the top out because my ear was too swollen to fit it in. Went to get my rook pierced here, extremely painful experience. Piercing got extremely swollen to the point I was unable to clean the pus that was coming out of the bottom hole. The bar was too short which just put more pressure on the swelling. I was unable to lie down or sleep due to the extreme shooting pain coming out from my ear. I went back to the shop only to be waved off as dramatic and was told that it wasn't an infection. They traded it for a longer bar which was also extremely painful as it was a fresh piercing that was already swollen. I ended up taking it out because the pain was too much to deal with even on the max amount of Advil. I plan to go to the urgent care to get antibiotics for a piercing that was obviously clearly infected, but was even further irritated when a longer bar was shoved into it at this shop. This was not the only time I got an infection after getting pierced from this place because I also got my navel piercing done here as well and it got infected as well. Do not recommend, just put down the money for the expensive shops in Soho. ***** Quick update ***** Piercing ended up being infected even though the piercer at this location told me it was nothing to worry about. Hey so today I can came in to get a nose piercing. So the piercers was extremely annoyed due to the past clients .. saying how one of them walked out without paying and he needed to take money out his pockets etc .. which I understand pretty messed then the clients he had right before me pissed him off due to moving around so much while getting a piercing. Hector was a nice person, but he didn't pierce me well. I went to him for a nose piercing and he put in a corkscrew nose stud, which is fine and all. But he didn't sanitize me. He put aloe Vera on me and then pierced my nose. He then proceeded to tell me to just use soap and water on my piercing site. And I proceeded to have very very very bad infection on my nose. I also went to him for my second ear piercing and he did it with a gun even though I asked him to do it with a needle.
