I made an appointment here to get my navel re-pierced and chose this place due to their high ratings and reviews on Google. I can say with confidence that the accolades are well deserved! I had the pleasure of working with George to do my piercing. Upon walking into my appointment I was greeted by another employee who checked my ID and walked me through the process while George was getting ready for me. He was so friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and welcoming! He warned ahead of time that navel is an anatomy- based piercing so there's a chance I won't be able to get it done after my consultation, in addition to aftercare and resources so that I'm well-armed with everything I need to know to take care of my new piercing. In the last I've had my navel done unprofessionally, and then again professionally about a few years ago so I was hesitant about the scarring. George did my consult and assured me that it was safe for me to get it done again. He walked me through the process and talked through exactly what he was doing for prepping and piercing so I didn't get anxiety in anticipation. My navel looks beautiful and it's healing so nicely!! I felt safe, assured that I was getting it done so professionally, and I love how all the info is displayed on the website. Upon arriving at the shop, my friend and I arrived 30 mins earlier and Young happened to be right behind us. We all entered the shop and keep in mind, it has been almost 3 months since anyone was there. Before tattooing me, she wiped and disinfected the whole tattoo area down. She's very hygienic. She covers the tattoo bed with a plastic cover and changes it for each client (I witnessed this at the Tattoo Expo as well). Young was very patient and offered me different suggestions on tattoo placement. I like my tattoos hidden but in very sexy, feminine locations. Young's work is very neat and she was so quick! The other staff I met there, as well as the owner (woman owned business), were equally kind. Because I walked in, spur of the moment, I chose a small, but somewhat detailed firefly to be tattooed above my ankle bone on the inside of my leg. She was quick, efficient and skilled. I requested a black tattoo consisting of 3 numbers, 2" wide on my arm and was quoted $100 flat which is their minimum. The owner made a copy of my ID and the tattoo artist (sorry I forgot your name) confirmed the font and size. I waited less than 10 mins and was done within 15 mins. The lines are clean and exactly what I wanted. I also left a 20% tip. They use saniderm which I'm also a fan of. Thank you so much for my tattoo, I love it!
