I'm excited, I been wanting them for some time & for some reason I have been too chicken to do it. Don't know y I have 9 tattoos . But it was a nice experience. Sue & Oh were very welcoming. I would recommend. Oh did my piercing & Sue did my tattoo. read more

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Spent $70 to get my Jose pierced over three months ago. Piercing is well passed healed but the ring is literally stuck in my nose. Finally made it back to the shop to see about help taking it out. They spoke to me like him on the bottom of their shoe I guess because I didn't come to spend money. I asked the man if he could take it out and he damn near yelled at me telling me I have to wait and do I see the people I was just letting him see what I needed. They don't ever have to word about a cent of my money again. read more

I have 7 tattoos and each one has been done here. It's like collecting Pokémon for me since each one was done by a different staff member. My boyfriend has also started his sleeve here as well. They're always so nice and patient. Love that they give you so much info on after care. they're also beyond accommodating which is always a plus. Always coming back for more! read more

Guys, do not go to this place. They can draw but they cannot do tattoos. I was charged $45 dollars plus a $10 tip for fast and what appeared to be clean service for a finger tattoo with my moms name consisting of 5 letters. I did this Thursday, April 1st at 6:30(I inserted a screenshot of an Ig with the date and time stamp in the shop) and the tattoo is already disappointing and disappearing. The finger is known for commonly having issues of dissatisfactions but this is unacceptable. I have had finger tattoos and they are not in that state. I would not recommend this place because that same day my sister got a small mole(beauty mark tattoo on her cheek for $40 and it didn't last a day. This tattoo disappeared and has left a hole in her face. She doesn't wish to leave a photo but it's unacceptable. read more

I went and had a piercing done. Very professional and very clean. The owner was.very accommodating and gentle.

Do not let them pierce your tragus. Back in July, I decided to get a piercing with my mom so I thought to use a local business. The Asian Man with the glasses, pierced my tragus with a 20 gauge when the 16g is the standard. He didn't clamp my tragus before piercing it, which made it EXTREMELY painful, it seems like he has no knowledge of tragus piercing. When my jewelry fell out, I got a replacement and the replacement jewelry changed color. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you don't know how to pierce a body part, refuse to accept the client instead of taking their money. Learn how to pierce correctly. read more

I got my first tattoo done here by Sue! It was on my forearm and it was about $50. She is an amazing tattoo artist and made sure the tattoo was perfect before she started. I was pretty nervous but she reassured me to be calm and it was not as bad as I thought. Everything is very clean and everyone working there is very friendly! I plan to get another tattoo soon so I definitely plan on coming back here! read more

I went in to get my nose pierced. The place looks clean enough and they had a nice selection of tattoos. The reason I picked this shop was because out of the four tattoo/piercing shops I called, they weren't rude or had improper phone etiquette. I came in and was immediately taken care of. I signed some papers, paid $20 and next thing I'm on the seat. This being my first piercing, I was extremely scared. The piecer was clean and fast and knew what he was doing. He didn't baby me step by step (which I liked, if you're old enough to get a tattoo/piercing on your own, you shouldn't need them to hold your hand through it) and you don't get to choose your nose stud. When he was done he told me aftercare and I was done. Overall, I would definitely go back. They had a fairly good customer service and knew what they were doing. I would give it 5 stars but then I'd be too generous. I'm giving it a 4 because it was a good place but that's all; it's not amazing enough to receive that last star. read more

Ok so yesterday I went to TRUE EXPRESSION witch is a app certified piercing place. They expressed to me that the guy messed up my industrial piercing he pierced my actual ear instead of cartilage it was going through my actual skin. Today I went back to the place and one of the guys looked at it and said it was not done wrong I simply told him I understand that you have to justify the shop but if you messed up you messed up he didn't want to hear it as if it was my fault. I will never return to this place what so ever because he got smart and asked me for my receipt this place does not provide customers with receipts at all this place is a fat ass joke never again read more

I went there on a whim to get an industrial that I've wanted to for a while. It's the second, because the first one had to heal and close over. The first guy did a bad job. Here, he knew immediately what went wrong, and what to do. Did it by hand in like 5 minutes, so no scary equipment, and it didn't hurt nearly as much as it did the first time. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. No wait. Super friendly. Affordable ($35, $37 with tax if paying with credit for the industrial). Sterile. Efficient. Professional. Really, what more could I ask for? And it doesn't hurt that he was flirty and decent-looking, if Koreans are your kind of cake. ;) read more

The staff is super friendly. Hubby and I wanted to get matching tats on our ring fingers and they explained to us how they fade faster and needed to be touched up more. I appreciated that instead of them taking our money and giving us crap tattoos. We ended up getting matching infinity symbols on our inner wrists. The price was cheap, the artists are very talented, and our tattoos took less than 15 minutes each. It's in an in block so you would miss it if you were walking down Jamaica Ave, but it's worth looking for. read more

Came here for a nose piercing. Really clean place. And cheap! Just $20 if I recall. My first issue is that jewelry the pierced me with suckked. It was a stud with no screw or snap back. Basically no stopper. Even while being superrr careful, of course, because the stud had no stopper it fell out easily. I had it made as a L shape and hook shape (do not recommend) which are poor choices of jewelry for a piercing stud. Yup in the end the jewelry came out and I let it closed. I got it repierced again elsewhere. Second, my piercer was slightly pushy about the placement. I wanted it to be right by the nostril crease but he wanted it lower. In the end we "compromised" but I was only trying to come to terms with the placement that I wasn't truly 100% satisfied about. It's fine. Thankfully I let it closed and got it repierced. The plus points is that the process was not painful whatsoever, and they were easy to work with whenever I had issues with the piercing. I really think they need to get themselves proper jewelry that wont fall off easily. Because my fell out so many times and I'd get it pierced back in, I ended up with a keloid. However my second attempt with the nose piercing elsewhere resulted in no keloid because the jewelry is good. It has a stopper (snap back) and is not too tight. Perfect. Please don't get your nose pierced with a L shape stud. The piercing jewlery needs to have a stopper. read more

I randomly went in on day to get my nipples pierced. The price was very reasonable. I paid $60 for both. Everything was new, the place was clean. I had the option of two different bar sizes. For the bargain price of $21 (they charge an extra dollar if you pay by card in taxes), I got my ears pierced. There was about a 10 minute wait and then Joey greeted me. He gave me the price, jewelry options, explained the procedure and showed me how to clean my newly pierced ears once I was done. The most time spent my entire time there was on where I wanted each piercing placed. I was in and out in 20 minutes from the moment I walked in. I was really surprised by how quickly I was taken care of and at how thorough Joey was with explaining next steps after he'd pierced my ears. I will be back for my next piercing. read more

I was so happy to get quite a few tattoos at dragonfly. I've used two different artists and couldn't be happier. My son and other family members have all had work done by one or more artists here. I called them last Friday night to ask if they would take me for a walk-in nose piercing if I arrived ten minutes before they closed, and the staff gladly accomodated. I forgot the guy who pierced my ear but he was very helpful! I went there and told him that I wanted to get my rook piercing, he made sure about which one I was talking about. He marked my ear, and was patient about it because I was being picky about it lol. When he was putting the needle through it didn't hurt at all, he was very gentle. He put the jewelry everything was going smooth, he showed me how to clean the piercing. After getting the piercing I felt light headed because my sugar dropped low, and he was kind enough to get me water, a wet towel to put around my neck, and a comfortable seat until I was feeling better. Now with the pricing LMAO it cost me $30 it was cheap compared to other piercing places I went to. Very satisfied with my visit! I would 10/10 recommend people going there. read more
