I went in on Monday to get a tattoo with Angel. He didn't take long to draw up the tattoo I had in mind. It was chilled, music was good to listen to while getting my tattoo done. Before I arrived to this appointment, I saw on Yelp that there was a 10% off tattoo or piercing when you check in, which made me want to come here even more other than it being close to home. When I told the guy at the front desk I had a coupon, he called his manager and they said the coupon was an old promo. If the promo was old, maybe it shouldn't be on Yelp anymore. This place was fine but I wouldn't recommend it. I believe they over charge on tattoos. Upon arrival, the lady who tatted me, took an hour to sketch out something so small. They charged me $150 for a small tattoo that took ten minutes. Also charged me $20 to go over a even smaller tattoo that I previously had. My wife and I got our first tattoo here, after our daughter did 2 weeks ago. Fidel did all three and he was great. He was friendly and took his time. He didn't rush us as to the placement and respectively gave suggestions as to placement and size. I will definitely use him next time. As to the place itself: very clean and so was the bathroom. I came in to inquire about jewelry for Tragus piercing and the person at front desk completely was unwelcoming. He didn't even want to show me anything he says he gets complaints about if you get it pierced outside shop regarding them not giving customers the right size. I asked to at least be able to see jewelry and he said we don't have we just have this 1 option and that's it. Completely dismissive and not seemingly like they care for business. My sister came in for a nose piercing. You have to make an appointment before coming especially because it's a very busy place and the space isn't that large. The gentleman who did the piercing was very professional and did a swift fast job. The piercing was $25 plus tip. A little bit on the pricier end for one piercing and you can't choose the jewelry. On March 4, 2019, my mom was rushed to the emergency room after being seen by the doctor and told her she was showing signs of cancer . She was taken to hospital. She was given a strong amount of chemotherapy. My mother passed from non Hodgkins lymphoma on March 27,2019. Weeks after being diagnosed with it, she never had a fighting chance. Seeing how quickly she went was the hardest thing and letting her go. Now, it is years later, and I struggle with the loss of not having my mother, my best friend. I had asked a question and the owner/Artist Giovanny responded in less then a hour and told me how much it would be!! The following day I just winged it and went there! Super clean!! Love the black decor!! The receptionist are really friendly! And when I met Giovanny he has such a Great personality! Was a bit nervous but he eased that quickly! Very soft spoken! But his art work speaks louder itsimpeccable!!! I even had to show him some art work that I want to do real soon! He gave me his card to make an appointment with him which I will be doing ASAP!!! I have two tattoos from Rebel ink, so something kept me coming back. However there is still something missing that keeps It from getting five stars. The place is clean and has a very friendly ambiance. It is an open space in the lobby with plenty of privacy in the back as your getting your work done. The prices vary but the minimum for a tattoo is $80 so be prepared to spend that even if you're asking for something small, but the quality is well worth the price. The staff is very accommodating and friendly and I appreciate that they were able to take me, so close to closing on a weeknight when I stopped in on a whim. The only negative I have is with the person who tattooed me, who because I came in later in the evening (still well before close) seemed to be rushing. My tattoo which has a deep sentimental value to me was very small it took less than 10 mins- but when the ink wasn't taking instead of taking the time to make sure the tattoo came out perfect, he seemed to be annoyed and it felt rushed. He even spilled the ink at one point and just kept going. That being said I still give them four stars, because my first tattoo is perfect and I know many people who trust this local spot for great pieces, just do your research and book with the artist you know is going to give you the time and effort you deserve. read more

There's a reason I crossed two rivers to get inked here. These guys are AWESOME!!! I came in with my design. Wasn't sure where I wanted it to go. Not only did they talk me through the placement decision, my artist ex tweaked it to reduce the potential for bleeding. My homegirl and I came to the is tattoo shop on Wednesday February 3rd. I got my nipples pierced for the 3rd time and my belly button reopened as it was the second time I was getting that pierced as well. I came in at 5:30 and I was pierced by someone by Frankie and he was nice. My issues came in when I went to pay. I was charged $100.00 after I put down a deposit and I wasn't reminded until after I left. I have to come back for me $20 depsoit. Not to mention I'm writing this review extremely upset because I'm unhappy with the work don'e at this shop!!!! First off the piercings are not even. My left nipple is slanted to the left after I specifically in formed him that my nipple was pierced wrong the first time so please ensure that it is straight. It is not. I'm also very unhappy with my belly button piercing. Where he has placed a new ring you can visibly see the Old exit point of my first belly button ring. It is not visibly pleasing at all and that should have been something he pointed out before he pierced me. This place is extremely overpriced for the sub part service. read more

So i had a spontaneous urge to get a tattoo behind my ear i came here and asked if they can tattoo me today but they had appiontments at that moment but Gio (one of the artist) just told me to come back at closing time ! i went to get an ear piercing from here and got this guy named Alex who looked like he had just woken up. he marked my ear and showed me a mirror and the mark wasn't even in the ballpark of where it should have been for the piercing i asked for, so i showed him a picture of the piercing and showed him exactly where i want the mark to be, and he still messed it up. i got frustrated and left because it should never take 3 tries and 15 minutes to mark an ear piercing. ive heard so many good reviews of this place regarding piercings and ive gotten a tattoo from Diego (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) so maybe i just got a bad guy or caught him on a bad day? i don't know but 100% would not recommend him to anyone. read more
