He constantly kept me updated with each step he was doing on my computer (I loved that). He called me to let me know my hard drive needed replaced. He gave me my options. I could use my warranty or buy a new one. Now here's where I was impressed, I thought my warranty expired after 90 days of owning my laptop. I took it to Supportech and they called me soon after I dropped it off to let me know what was wrong with it and that they could get started on fixing it without me having to come back and authorize/pay for it. After I got my computer back, the next day an error message popped up on the screen (from me downloading Office 2010 on Windows XP machine) and I immediately took it back to them. They did not even charge me to see what was wrong with it. Overall, my computer was taken to them on a Thursday and I had it back by the next Tuesday or Wednesday Very very reasonable pricing. I did my research on other computer repair places in the area, and Supportech had the most reasonable pricing and better reviews that I had seen. I was even able to use a coupon, no questions asked.
