When she was giving us the information on the office cart, she never did say we had to order it and that they dont keep them in stock. We get to the register and then we find out from the cashier that bit of information. The cashier was a total airhead and you could tell she only stood behind the counter because she couldnt answer any question you asked her. It seems the items we were looking for were scattered over four isles when they shouldnt have been. The store was clean but just very poor in my opinion. Hire some more employees! Office Depot had almost too many lol.

Today, a young lady unpacked every item in the 6 boxes I brought and said I need to take the boxes back with me. I explained to her I got yelled at last time for not having a box so I always bring my item back in one now and she continued to be rude and unpackaged my items. Horrible service almost every time I've been here. Not I have all these boxes broken up having to carry them to my car by myself. People like this should not be in customer service. Will look for another drop off location and I hope you do the same.
