The manufacturer wasn't any help to I looked for authorized repair companies and found Lazer's Edge. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and transferred my call to Dustin. Dustin gave me more ways to troubleshoot and really went above and beyond to fix it without coming almost 400 miles to my location. He did end up having to make the drive, but it was worth it. From my experience, the employees at OfficeMax are more helpful and, personally, I prefer the layout of the store to Office Depot. Maybe it's a Coke vs. Pepsi thing, but I just prefer OfficeMax.

When she was giving us the information on the office cart, she never did say we had to order it and that they dont keep them in stock. We get to the register and then we find out from the cashier that bit of information. The cashier was a total airhead and you could tell she only stood behind the counter because she couldnt answer any question you asked her. It seems the items we were looking for were scattered over four isles when they shouldnt have been. The store was clean but just very poor in my opinion. Hire some more employees! Office Depot had almost too many lol.

Horrible service. Everyone seems like they hate their job there and are extremely rude. Last time I…read moregot scorned at for not having a box for my item when it said I didn't need one. Today, a young lady unpacked every item in the 6 boxes I brought and said I need to take the boxes back with me. I explained to her I got yelled at last time for not having a box so I always bring my item back in one now and she continued to be rude and unpackaged my items. Horrible service almost every time I've been here. Not I have all these boxes broken up having to carry them to my car by myself. People like this should not be in customer service. Will look for another drop off location and I hope you do the same.
