I have interacted with them in only a few circumstances but one instance I needed a lot of repeated assistance while researching a wide range of printing options. Every interaction I was treated with friendly, helpful, and very timely communication. While I was researching Martin Graphics I reached out to other customers and every one I have spoken with about Martin Graphic's service has only had glowing things to report. In addition to their great customer service, the way they price and manage their services also makes me feel really valued as a customer and I am excited to work more regularly with Martin Graphics in the future.

The guy I work with now doesn't charge me extra for rush work, make excuses about how busy they are or try to brain wash me into "buying in" to the fact they have superior machines that use no trees- don't harm the ozone blah blah blah. I know they do recycling/ safe inks etc- but when the boss has my ass on the line, I'm not concerned about a Kum-by-ah sesh with Mother Earth. I suppose my print requests aren't that fancy- so as long as you make it look pretty, deliver on time and don't charge me up the wazoo- I'm a happy camper. My expectations are average- my end product surpasses that and my job gets done per the deadline. Win for all. (2023) i was promised my printing job on t-shirt in logan…read morestore on gildan t-shirt fabric... i got another t-shirt that logan family ordered from walmart.. the logan family grafx over- charged me. the t-shirt on line at walmart was under $9.00. i was over-charged over 25.00 for the same t-shirt with different t-shirt fabric!!!! deception!!!! no prior notice...no phone call about any changes no prior email about any fabric changes or logan family placing order online at walmart!!!!!!! the walmart t-shirt fabric is different from the t-shirt fabric in logan store. i was not informed (prior) that the t-shirt would be purchased from walmart or that the t-shirt would be a different fabric that came from walmart. walmart t-shirt less than $9.00. i was over-charged for t-shirt more than $25..00 and i did not get the fabric i was promised....... logan pretended they did shirt in store but they did not create shirt in store. the shirt came from walmart as on-line order. i hope this does not happen to anyone else!!!! god don't like wrong doing. logan family did not give price adjustment for their wrong. the t-shirt was not created or made in the store. walmart!!!!!!! shame. money takers!!!!!! date: 07-07-2023

FYI for non-watercolors t's out there - there Re standards... 90lb, 120lb, 140lb, 300lb etc.) They run regular sales of 30-40% off, but that just makes their pricing right on average with where it should be to complete with real art supply stores like Dick Blick. Be careful at checkout, too. Even though the price is marked at X, the checker may ring you up at X + 10% because "that's what the computer charged." Here's an example of pricing: individual student quality (Staedtler) watercolor pencil marked at $1.79, I was charged $1.99. I later was at Art Coop and they carried PRO quality watercolor pencils (Derwent) for $1.60 ea. I've visited Hobby Lobby for the last time. I won't be back.

However! Why did I spend an hour there? First I needed a frame. They had a bunch in the right size (Target had zero in the right size.) Then I needed some markers, brushes, and paints to reclaim the tiny drop of creativity I had in my life before I went to MIT. I was SHOCKED at how good the selection was, and how cheap. Then I thought maybe I would start making a scrapbook! This store made me want to start making a scrapbook! I barely made it out without a scrapbook! AH! I visited Everyday Quilting Company for the first time today. I brought in an almost finished…read morewall hanging. I was looking for ideas about how to add a border and about what colors might work with the wide variety of colors in the wall hanging. Their customer service was fabulous! Both employees brought bolts of fabric for me to consider, and suggested that I consider a double border. With their help, I was quickly able to pick colors, and the double border allowed me to highlight several colors in the wall hanging so that they will really pop. They calculated the amount of fabric I would need for the border and the backing and off I went, excited to have found something that I think will be really pretty when finished. They do long arm quilting there so when I have the borders completed I can take it there to have the actual quilting done. I was very impressed with how friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful they were and will definitely visit again. And their prices were very reasonable!
