The Copy Shop does deliver! And they delivered even more! As I explain what I want, they share ideas that improve my original idea! That is priceless! But one of the coolest parts of the shop is a wall that features HHP's past work of posters for bands, musicians, and other events. Half Hazard has made tour posters for big names like Selena Gomez, Brad Paisley, Jason Aldean, Pitbull. They also made an official poster for the movie "It." They have also done some sweet collabs with local businesses like Coffee Hound and Illinois Tattoo Company. The staff is super friendly as well. I've been their customer for 6 years now; received packages there, bought tape there, shipped items from there... I have dealt with nearly every single staff member who has been employed there throughout the past 6 years; never have had any reason to complain about how any staff member has ever treated me. Of course, I've never asked any staff member to do something against company rules, either. Which is the basis for all the negative reviews I see here -- asking staff to do things that are impossible and expecting them to comply without saying "no." And fwiw, the word "no" is not an act of rudeness; to someone who feels entitled to bend reality to their wishes, hearing the word "no" must be a terrible thing. So imho, "The UPS Store" location in Bloomington is great. And it's staffed by wonderful people -- people who do their jobs very well! Highly recommend.

They created a new branding campaign for Downtown Bloomington, new promotional event materials and a user-friendly walking map. The branding campaign was such a smashing success due to all of their hardwork. Since downtown is a place for the entire community, we wanted to make sure we had lots of input. They did surveys, held focus groups and came up with something that the community really responded to. The campaign was extremely versatile and looked great online, on billboards and in print. As part of the branding campaign, we had Artezen re-design all of the promotional materials for our 15+ annual events. They had really fantastic ways of integrating the bigger Downtown Bloomington brand into the events. They were given a lot of creative freedom and they never disappointed. One of their biggest tasks is creating and diligently updating a walking map for Downtown Bloomington. It is updated twice a year and it is quite a lot of work. They always meet deadlines and not only does it always look amazing, it is always correct, which is extrememly important.
